Summary: Worst battery life ever.
Review: This phone has to be the worst phone I have ever had. The battery meter is always wrong. It can say it is almost empty and if I turn it off and back on again it jumps to half filled. Even if I don't use it the phone barely makes it through a day and if I use it for 10-15 minutes of phone calls then the phone is dead before the day is over. I have to charge this phone everyday no matter what.

Summary: Small but no battery Life
Review: This phone not only gets bad reception but it also has terrible battery life. It needs a charge every day, more often then that if you use it frequently. In addition, the display that tells you how much battery life is left jumps around so you never know how much juice remains. Its only asset is it's small size.

Summary: The Worst phone
Review: Wanted to get this phone through Amazon, but after a month of hassle with Amazon's service got another phone (NOKIA 3200) right away directly through AT&T. Perhaps Amazon.com should stick to original plan and sell only books.

Summary: Small, small, small, cheap plastic.
Review: Well, i got this phone thru Cingular, and at the time i bought it (got it free with a plan actually), i told the guy i thought it was too small, but he convinced me. So anyway a week after i got it, the plastic screen cracked on the case for no unusual treatment on my part. Also, the thing is so unbelievably tiny it is very hard to use especially for a bigger guy like me. I felt like i was holding a cellphone BATTERY not a phone. Anyway, the sound quality was real good, but the smallness of the phone and the case that falls apart and mysteriously cracks is not worth the trouble. (I actually had the A56, which is essentially identical to the C56) You're better off with a Nokia or Kyocera (i've owned one of each before) which are not as cool looking but much more user friendly and durable.

Summary: Ugh
Review: What a worthless phone. Unless you are in a silent place -- like a library where you shouldn't be on the phone in the first place -- the loudest volume is virtually inaudible. Ring tones are not loud enough, wind noise interferes with converstaions when I am outside--I am looking to replace this now, before AT&T gives me a new free phone next Februrary. I can't wait that long!
