Summary: Slow on 3D Acceleration
Review: Although the graphics were great, the performance of the Voodoo 4500 was well below my expectations, especially when it came to playing 3D games that demand the extra RAMs. So if you're looking to buy a 3D card for the sole purpose of playing 2D or 3D games (like I did), be willing to spend an extra Benjamin for better quality.

Summary: Runs HL Great
Review: Flawless install, I play Halflife and its associated mods with this one at max res on a P2 400 128mg RAM and have graphics lag. Cant think of anything to complain about seeing as how I havent seen any problems yet, been runnign about 4 months.

Summary: Warning: 3dfx is out of business
Review: If you care about a warrenty and service when shopping for a new video card, look elsewhere. 3dfz has closed its doors, however they have promised to provide support up until early next year. The last driver release is avalible at their website (try putting an "x" before 3dfx) If this doesnt convince you to buy another brand, I wish you luck.

Summary: Works Great but----
Review: The Voodoo 4 4500 AGP card does everything it is supposed to do, but I had only one problem. I installed the card with no problems and it worked great for one day, then it died. According to 3dfx, my motherboard, a 1st Mainboard VA 503+, doesn't support this board well because of it's power demands. They recommend the PCI version instead.

Review: The Voodoo4 is a great card for 15-30$ but do NOT pay 100 for it. You can get a Radeon 9500 for 100 dollars and that will out perform it in EVERY case
