Summary: Excellent Value
Review: I have found this product excellent. I mostly use it bike riding and have found the anti-skip truly works. The sound quality is great, the headphones extremely comfortable and the neoprene pouch comfortable. My son has borrowed it when he jogs and agrees with great sound and comfort. Highly recomend this product. Battery life is good also.

Summary: Defective??
Review: I like the advertised features- 48 sec. anti-shock memory, DSL bass, CD-R/RW playback, radio tuner. This would be a great CD player if it wasn't defective!!

The radio tuner often "freezes" for no apparent reason. I then have to remove the batteries to un-freeze it and I lose all of my preset stations. This is a real inconvenience if you're out walking or jogging! Also, the single track repeat mode does not work. In the beginning I also had problems with the headphone output, but that seems to have cleared up. Perhaps my unit is defective or perhaps they are all like mine- I wouldn't know- AIWA didn't include any contact information so I don't even know how to get service on the darn thing and it's been to long to return it to the store!

Summary: Latch problem
Review: I purchased one of these units and they sound really great! I really enjoyed the XP-SR320 until the cds played intermittently. I believe the problem is with the locking latch. When closing the cover and locking it sometimes the cd would not mount but when push down on the cover with my hand the display would show that a cd was ready to play, when I let go the display would go blank. The cd would play fine as long as I pushed down on the lock but it finally went bad altogether but the radio still works. The unit worked fine about 6 months. My friend also had this same unit and his unit stop playing cds as well. It's kind of disapointing because this is one of the best sounding portable cd players I have ever heard.

Summary: I Love This product
Review: I researched so many products and I am so glad that i bought this one!!! The headphones are comfortable and the sound is wonderful!! It's great having the AM-FM radio with the cd player. It has so many great features and i recommend it to all of you reading this! The price is not too bad and it is worth it!! I bought mine at Circuit City and it was ($$$) I absolutely love it!!!!! It's a nice looking player too. What also is nice is the lock on it. It also has a hold button on the side which prevents it from turning on when you dont want it to. You also can set 15 stations on the FM radio so all you do is search through the stations you like. It also has 15 on the AM for a total of 30 preset stations! This is a wonderful cd player with the radio! Don't hesitate to not buy this cause you think that all you need is the CD! Its so nice to be able to listen to the radio too. I can not stress how much i love it!!!!!

Summary: done at 6 months, too!
Review: I thank Aiwa for one thing. That this player died on the 29th day of my 30 day return policy. There is no way Im shipping this piece to have it repaired. I thought this was the greatest player ever until it started making a loud wobbling noise and flashing "ERR" and not playing the disc. I changed batteries, plugged it in and it made no difference. I took a leap and paid $...for this and it is dead! I feel very violated and don't know who to trust since my Panasonic died (albeit after 2 years of mild abuse) and everything out there worth it's salt is $...or more. I just need a good CD player that doesnt skip that I can work out with!

Summary: Great Cd player
Review: i was looking forward to a panasonic. that is pretty much all i have ever had but i did not have the money so i decided to try something new and boy am i glad. The reception on the radio is great and i live in the country. My old panasonic am fm player got 2 stations, this gets like 15 and it does not skip much. Another great feature is the E.A.S.S. and how you can choose 48 second shock protection 12 second shock protection and no shock protection.

Summary: Terrific Portable CD
Review: I wasn't so impressed with this player until I used THEIR earphones. Some of the best for this type of equipment. If the player lasts longer than the Sony players I've had (the amplifier chip fried), I'm completely satisfied.
