Summary: Uneven...
Review: Quite a varierty here. Here are some specifics:The girls are variable from punk style to petite to a few voluptuous ones. Too many for me are in a trashy 60-70s retro style. Some female genetalia is shown, mostly shaved (cool;>). some SM shots but mostly bondage and some couples. Alot of " dramatic" lighting and alot of out-of-perspective shots where edges of pictures are exaggerated through a wideangle lens I guess. One particular shot features an eyeball appearing larger than the girl's breast in the same shot. Some shots are ruined by printing over two pages. Girls, thank you for not smoking--a gross fetish for me. Still a number or arousing situations--particularly for fans of young, smallish looking women. I'd recommend this over Beauty Parade, but not over Beauty of Fetish.

Summary: Something new every time you open it!
Review: The first time you look through Lee's book, you are so overwhelmed with each image that you can't remember the one you just saw on the previous page! The second time, you begin to choose your favorites. Each time after that, you discover new details in the pictures that reach out to you personally. Local legend has it that one of the images is so controversial that the publisher initially refused to print it. See if you can guess which one it is!

Review: The images in this book are at once erotic, artistic and kinky! You don't have to be "into" the fetish scene to admire the exceptional creative and technical photographic skills of Lee Higgs. Included are over 350 images of sometimes attractive, sometimes intense, always fascinating woman with leather, ropes, piercings and strap-ons . . .shot in Higgs' unique wide-angled, color-skewed style. Anyone who admires superb photography or simply wants a glimpse into the world of fetishism should own this book . . .it's one of my guilty pleasures!

Summary: Over exposed, colorized, fetish pictures
Review: This is an Art-photo collection. You may not like it. The intro, the only text in the book, talks about the artistic quality of the photographer, the mood the models, and the social meaning of the pictures - total bunk. You either like the pictures or you're offended. All that yap about "He leaves the stuffy and outdated photo scene to seek a self-confident, vibrant generation for whom the fetish..." is just fodder. These are colorized pictures of girls bound or wearing corsets - period. I liked the pictures. Although the pictures have an over-exposed look, he processed the pictures a second time and added reds and yellows which is very cool. It makes the people look like they are posing under red lights but their clothing is still yellow or whatever. Overall, it's an interesting book to look at, once. From the title, I was expecting more commentary. Owning it, isn't really necessary.

Summary: Beautiful Art and Erotisicm
Review: This is the most stunning and unusual book of photography that I have seen in years. The blend of unusual lenses, colors, and subject matter make for a hallucinatory sexuality that is very beautiful, erotic, and dreamlike. The women appear so emotionaly intense and vulnerable, I feel like I am intruding on their inner worlds, as if they have opened up some deep part of themselves. The style is extremely distinct and unique, a rare commodity in the world of photography today. And the book is also very well printed and bound, in a European format, with good paper stock and rich colors. Highly recommended.

Summary: Photographic Genius.
Review: When I first came across the work of photographer Lee Higgs, I was immediately drawn to his use of alternative photographic mediums and his particular choice of subject material. From his use of angles, distorted perspective and intense colours, Lee manages to achieve a bizaree mix of emotions that charge these texts with a passion and insight sadly lacking in a lot of photographic work today. The visual texts contained within the hardbound cover of this book are a blend of the most powerfully charged erotic, and intense images that I have seen for a long time. As well as constantly gaining personal inspiration for my own work, I am continually encouraged by the responses of those that I have shown the book too. Review: Where does one start, I discovered this mans work on the internet...heads and tails above your average erotic fotographers.So very creative with lighting, lenses, processing, poses, costumes, make-up, a complete and totally engrossing style. Besides the obvious....sexy models in incredibly sexy outfits doing amazingly sexy things to eachother and for the camera......this book is so full of visual stimulus and inspiration for any one interested in the pure, raw, erotic beauty that only some of us are lucky enough to experience up close. Summary: Sexy, Powerful, and Original
Review: Wow, this is the most original and sexy book of photos that I have seen in a long time! Here is someone who looks at sexuality in a way that is really fresh and unique, and is not afraid to show all kinds of women and all kinds of moods. It took me a few hours to get through it the first time - I was drawn into the photos like I was entering a new world. The book is nicely done too, with over 300 photographs, on good rich paper with a solid binding. I'm not sure what the last reviewer is talking about - there are far more photos in this book than most photography books. I will treasure this one for years.
