Review: I loved this book! I figured out every secret in it. I love books that you have to figure out things. Zero was my favorite character. He was so interesting. I have listened to the audio tape at least 49 times! Just one question‹why did the warden scratch Mr. Sir?

Review: I LOVED THIS BOOK! Louis Sachar did such a good job of connecting the characters both through time and plot. This book was very suspenseful. A great read-aloud book, because, depending on where you pause from reading it, it can leave you hanging on the verg of death, even! Read this book and you'll like it as much as I do.

Review: I loved this book! The story was so amazing and I loved all the twists through out the book. I didn't really like the authors previous books but I loved this. I recomend reading this book before any other.

Summary: this is the best book I have read in a long time
Review: I loved this book! There are so many connecting plots and characters and tiny clues to the past and present. There is humor and excitement and one of the most frightening villains I have ever seen. This book fully deserved the Newbery medal. I read it three times in two weeks, and each time it held up. I recommend this book for adults as well as children. The descriptions are so real it feels like you are there at Camp Greenlake digging holes. Great job Mr. Sachar!

Review: I loved this book, I was forced to read it for school but found out that I couldn't put it down, it is a great book. I usualy finish a book over 200 pages in 1 1/2 weeks or so, but this one i finished in 2 days! I can see why it got the Newbery Medal Book, and I think you should see too.

Summary: Excellent plotting
Review: I loved this book, primarily because of the clever inter-plotting between events of the past and the present: a great way to get kids interested in learning more about their own family history. I thought it would be too intense for my 8 year old son, with all the horrible and unfair things that first happen to the young lead character, but he loved it too.
