Review: Holes is great! It's about a kid who go's to court and he has a chance to go to jail or go to Camp Lake Green. He went to Camp Lake Green. He got some friends but he didn't know what he got himself into. They ate disgusting food and he had to dig a five feet deep hole every day. What's that? He excapes from camp! You ready to read this wonderful book?

Review: Holes is great, every detail ties together, an everything starts out good within the first 20 pages.

Not only is the plot good, but the style of conveying information is great also. The author make sure to leave enough facts to leave you wondering, but doesn't give anything away. Louis Sachar has created a mystifying novel in Holes.

The plot takes the reader to many different times and lands in order to get information. Most of the story takes place in Camp Green Lake. But even the times outside of Camp Green Lake are just as satisfying as the time inside.

Stanley Yelnats is cursed because of his great grandfather's carelessness and sent to a juvenile character building center. Even worse, every day he has to dig a hole 5 feet wide and 5 feet deep. How will Stanley Yelnats save himself from the eternal curse placed on his family over 100 years ago.

Review: Holes is i excellet book. I like the the story because it was about kids thats are in juvenile. They had to dig holes in the middle of the texas desert. The people that are running the process of digging is trying to find treasure in the hot desert. The jail was in the middle of the desert so the kids could not escape. The doors were wide open for anybody that wanted to leave . The guards tell them that they can try to escape anytime they want but they know that they want make it. Two other kids think differently they flew to the open desert. For days they were looking for water or somebody to help them. On their way to freedom they encounter a lot of dangerous things and had to make life or death decisons.This story will leave you yearn for more. It is a excellet book thats why i give it 5 stars

I have read all of Louis Sachar except 6th grade secrets.Holes is funny, exciting and very detailed.Most younger kids wouldn'd understand this book very well. It's one of those books where you can put your self in the charactors place. It's a great book!!!!!

Review: Holes is not just a story, it's a story within a story within a story. The three stories all take place at different times but when you read the book you will see a lot of links and simualarities between the past and present.The main character goes through a lot of changes as he goes on his unknown quest. Lot's of danger and evil meet him along the way. The book is exellent because it ties real and unreal together. Stop and think about what you read because there are many simularities between characters as well as events. You will definitlynot fall asleep when you read holes.

Review: Holes is not just a story,its a story within a story within a story. You will be amazed by this book because it has many surprises. In my opinion this book is so great! Here's a question for you. How dangerous is a YeLLoW SpOotEd LiZaRd? Well I can't tell you. You would have to read the book to find out. "If you take a bad boy and make him dig holes in the hot sun he will become a good boy." Thats what say! The holes that they had to dig was 5 feet deep and 5 feet wide. Now thats big! If you read the book holes you will love because certainly I love it. I couldn't put the book down when I read it,I just wanted to keep on going. In the book you will find the characters being sad, upset, happy, and lonely. I'm telling you right now that this book is so amazing you wouldn't put it down yourself. Holes is the greatest book I've read so far.
