Summary: Very funny
Review: I am very strict about giving five stars for books. The BFG still deserves five stars. The BFG,The Witches and Matilda are my favourit books by Rold Dahl.I think that The BFG should have won an award! It was good enough to. I liked it because: 1.It was fuuny 2.It was very creative 3.It was well described with still lots of conversation. 4.Once you start reading it you wonder what will happen next. This is my favourit book. The only thing that would make it better would be some poems. You won't be dissapionted when you read it. Bobby Pepall Grade six

Summary: I really enjoyed this book. I read it twice already.
Review: I really liked the chapter where it talks about the BFG drinking stuff and it makes him whizzpop it is very funny. It is funny because I like how he flys into the air and he likes it. He thinks it is a much better sound than a burp.

Rating: 3 stars

Summary: Sophie doesn't know what she's in for!
Review: This book is very funny because of the characters and their rolls in the book. The BFG is a great tile for the book beacause the book is about The BFG and how him and Sophie destroy the other children eating giants by coming up with a fantastic plan to. My favorite chapter was Frobscottle and Whizzpoppers because it's a subject that makes everyone want to laugh as hard as the sound of a BOMB going off! It's a great book. This book will make you want to read it again and again till your hands fall off! What a fantastic journey you will take!!!!

Summary: Good. But not excellent.
Review: The BFG is one of my favourite Roald Dahl books. I first read it when I was 5. I am now 12 and loved it even more ! There are some good aspects but some long and boring parts. The BFG is a magical book filled with surprises and fantasy. Try it out !

Summary: This is one humorous book!
Review: I'm 10 years old and read The BFG. It is one of the best books I've ever read. I also liked Matilda. I love Roald Dahl's pictures. They look kiddish (but in a good way). I also like the way he explains things. My best friend Sara Feiss showed me how cool Roald Dahl is (Hi Sara!) His books are great, but only if you have imagination!

Rating: 5 stars
