Rating: Summary: How to eat fried worms By Thomas Rockwell Review: This is a hilarious book about a boy called Billy who has a bet. The bet is that if he can eat 15 worms in 15 days and if he can manage it he will win $50. Most of them are big, slimy nightcrawlers but some of them are short, fat and hairy. One tasted of curry, while others were goats milk, fluff and plastic. I liked the way that they got stuck in his teeth and he found them two days later. I also liked the part when Billy woke everybody up with his younger brother's siren to show them that he was going to eat one of his final worms. This was a great book.
Rating: Summary: How To Eat Fried Worms Review: Would you ever put 15 worms on a frying pan and eat it with horseradish? Well Bill did when he bet with Alan, Tom, and Joe did in the book called How To Eat Fried Worms. I would give this author about 7 compliments because this book has a good lesson. The lesson is if you bet someone you have to play by the rules. Would you ever keep on eating worms? Well Billy did. I would never make a bet I wouldn't ever agree on. That's what Billy did when he bet on eating 15 worms. I learned from reading this book if you bet someone you has to play by the rules.
Rating: Summary: Perfect Book For Kids Who Hate To Read! Review: I was visiting my big sister one summer during summer break from school and I didn't have a book to read so I read my nephew's book and I was very pleasantly surprised because this book is a lot better than it sounds, the idea of a boy eating worms is gross but the book is very well written and humorous and I enjoyed reading it and I think this is the perfect book for kids who hate to read especially boys as the mild gross humor of the boy eating the worms on a dare might appeal to them and hopefully introduce them to the wonderful world of books!

Rating: Summary: How To Eat Fried Worms Review: I really like this book because it gave a great perspective of how the characters all thought. The dialog was also another thing why I liked it. The dialog was very detailed. And then there was the great plot which was just so fun to read about. I think that the best part in this book was all of the parts when the main characters (which were the boys) were always talking about how it feels to eat a plump, juicy, muddy, sqiushy, and slimy worm. I love that kind of detail. I think that one very important story element is the way that the chararcters interacted with eachother. I could see that, because there was a whole lot of text! I think that the other important story element is the theme: Anything tastes good with catchup or mustard! (that's what I think it is!)
