Summary: Excellent for an overall view of internet trading
Review: This book gives great insight into the subtleties of short term market trading. The author is most knowledgeble of a large variety of day trading techniques. He give pep talks that spur your interest in this new field. It is one of the most motivating books I've read.

Summary: Author Without Respect !
Review: An obviously hurried effort to capitalize upon the current high interest in Day Trading. Sloppily written, sloppily produced -- just sloppy. Authors and publishers who display this lack of respect for their readers should be sold short. Look for it in the 'Remainder Bins' (the book seller's version of shorting).

Summary: Day Trading Porn
Review: Not impressed at all. I am not a day trader and never intended to make a living out of it. But the subject has created such a hype in the market today that I was tempted to find out what it is about. What I learned, at least by reading this book, is that day trading is absolutely "genius". Let me explain further though, before you get the wrong idea that I am recommending day trading to you. Day trading is a great business idea, for people who set up shops and charge you for the trade (the author included). This book is written to reflect that: to promote the day trading business. But the author did a poor job explaining dynamics of the stock market. Exactly what modern economic theory states that "whenever supply decreases, demand increases". According to economic theory, demand and supply are two indepedent forces that together determine the price and quantity. Most of the trading strategies mentioned in the book are bogus. Even if they work, they are over-employed by traders and the profit tend to diminish. The book does offer some useful information on the history of electronic trading and the different systems available today. But again, how much value added is that? I will suggest you read "One Up on Wall Street" and "The Warren Buffet Way". Remeber, unlike bonds, stocks sell on a story. It is not about trading; it is about research. Do you homework.

Summary: Weak attempt
Review: What a waste of money. I was so disgusted with this rag that I took it into my back yard, soaked it with lighter fluid, and burned it.

Summary: Outstanding Book on Day Trading
Review: Overall a very good--lots of basics on how to get started--and lots of tips for the more exp day trader.

Summary: good start
Review: I liked the book because it helped me get started electronic trading. I think the market is growing at an accelerated pace and I nneded a push to open an account and begin trading. This book was a realistic view of the electronic trading environment.

David Nassar is right, it is not easy or for everyone. I am not making money yet, but I'm not doing the dumb things that many do without learning a little. Thanks Mr. Nassar!

Summary: Very informative for anyone considering daytrading
Review: I looked over a number of books on the subject of daytrading and picked this one as my first to read. I found it very informative and cannot understand all the bad reviews or the comments about a marketing ploy for the author's company. I only recall seeing a couple of remarks about his software program in the whole book. A definite must read for someone considering getting their feet wet in the online trading world.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Exceeded Expectations
Review: A good book on how the E-DAT, SOES, NASDAQ Level-II, systems work along with techniques to profit using these systems. The book uses good analogies to explain concepts. A good book for those interested in this high risk (remember Buckhead, Atlanta) occupation.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Trading 101 and more
Review: This book went beyond my expectations. The information was well written and clear. There were some sloppy spelling errors, but the content far outweighed the few distractions. Buy this book and read it more than one time!

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Offensive self-advertising and self-promotion.
Review: Very little useful information for the trADER.fULL OF PROMOS for the authors extensive product line of services.
