Summary: Thanks for removing the duct tape Chris!
Review: Due to a computer glitich, a certain individual that was listed in the top 1000 accidently slipped back into the top 500. But we got that fixed and soon that individual will be out of the top 1000 as he deserves.

Playing too much Grand Auto Theft or watching too much Motel Hell Derek (Hupalo)???

Summary: It pays to do some research...
Review: Before you waste your money, see what the REAL real estate moguls have to say:

http://www.johntreed.com/Kiyosaki.html

I really hate seeing people getting wealthy talking about something they have little to no understanding of.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A Little Redundant
Review: The author repeats himself too much. Overall the book has some good insights. Of course buying and reading this book will only make the author rich. It is a good starting point for those of us that have had bad financial training throughout our lives.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Just ignore Mr. Rat Fink(le) (i.e Hupalo)
Review: This guy thinks he is cute creating all of these aliases, but his tracks are easy to follow. Some day he may get smart enough to realize how stupid he really is.

In the meantime, just ignore this idiot.

As far as Rich Dad Poor Dad is concerned, it wouldn't still be a best seller for this long if it didn't contain some powerful information now would it?

For me, this book took me from 9-5 and working for an unappreciate boss to working for a great boss (ME) and setting my own hours.

But don't take my word for it, for more proof just read Rich Dad's Success Stories and see for yourself how 13 year olds and 65 year olds have found the path to financial freedom via Kiyosaki and Rich Dad.

On the other hand, fans of 1,000 page books written by female authors with no financial credentials probably won't like this book. But before you listen to them, ask them how they are doing financially. If they are following the advice of that female financial author who writes newsweak articles, I can tell you that they are among the millions who lost money in the Clinton Bear Market.

Rich Dad Poor Dad is a great book. Read it for yourself and decide.

Summary: Excellent way to Wealth without Risk
Review: Rich Dad Poor Dad offers the philosophy and methods that helped turn Robert Kiyosaki into a multi millionaire. It also helped turn Roberts real Rich Dad into a incredible success as well.

With job security at an all time low (J-O-B really stands for just over broke anyway), there never has been a better time to take control of your personal assets, take charge of your life and become a success. Rich Dad Poor Dad shows the way.

Some other books that I recommend are Cash Flow Quadrant, More Wealth Without Risk and Super Self, the latter two by Charles J. Givens which are all about taking control. Super Self shows the way to becoming "ten feet tall and bullet proof."

If you are looking for results, try reading Rich Dad Success Stories. Another winner.

Summary: I see Mr. Rat Fink(le) is back
Review: No, he is not using that name "Mr. Finkle from Ct." but based on the 1 star reviews and ratings manipulation, it is the same guy (Hupalo-the wannabe book seller with a zillion names)

The fact is, Rich Dad Poor Dad has been a best seller for over 9 years now. Meanwhile that over the hill female financial author that writes newsweak articles has not been able to get any book in the bst seller status since 1979. And that is despite your manipulations and hype.

Rich Dad Poor Dad is a book that works. Hence the best seller. By the way, still #20 by reputable book polls based on actual book sales, not mouse clicks.

Summary: Worth Learning the Facts
Review: Some extensive research has been done on Kiyosaki, so I won't bother repeating it here (I also want to avoid getting ripped by the 5-star reviewers who revere Kiyosaki in cult-like fashion . . . pretty creepy). Learn (and think) for yourself: http://www.johntreed.com/Kiyosaki.html

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent book to motivate you to get rich.
Review: Rich Dad, Poor Dad dispells myths about options that professional people and the middle class in general accumulate through hard work. You learn that income producing assets are where you should focus your attention. You are taught that your biggest obstacle to wealth is in your mind. If you think correctly, you will get rich. This book is excellent because it motivates you to move above mediocrity and complacency. Read Optimal Thinking: How to Be Your Best Self as well, to optimize your thinking so that you can rise above disturbing emotions and situations and make the most of every situation.

Summary: Some good viewpoints, but what happened to the 5* reviews???
Review: While I don't agree with the 1 star reviews posted here, I do have to respect the 1 star reviewer for posting his opinion, even if he does it ad infinitum.

However, I also believe that Amazon owes it to the readers of this board to respect our opinions as well. That includes five star reviews and helpful or unhelpful votes posted here.

Which brings me to the point; Why Amazon were so many 5 star reviews deleted here recently? Obviously more than just 1 or 2 or us noticed. If you are going to have a board, then make it fair. Let every vote count and let every review be posted.

Some reviews were on this board for years and had over 100 helpful votes. Some had over 300 helpful votes and were deleted. Why?

It's a simple question Amazon. How about a simple answer. And how come no 1 star reviews got deleted? Do we smell a conspiracy here against Mr. Kiyosaki? Don't bite the hand that feeds you Amazon lest you may go hungry.
And based on your recent quarterly earnings, you are NOT in a position to be careless.

Could some of this be the reason that so many investors dumped AMZN shares since AMZN reported?

Better think about it.

If you can't or wont be fair, be prepared to lose a lot more business.

Summary: Mr. Rat Fink(le)????
Review: Everybody knows that is just another alias for that self publishing geek Peter H. and the sole 1 star reviewer here. It does look like there are a lot of 1 star reviewers doesn't it?

I mean this guy posts a 1 star review and then comes back on and gives helpful votes to his own 1 star reviews while posting unhelpful votes on any five star reviews or even worse, have them deleted! How pathetic!

He also has Amazon Top "1000" reviewers votes and reviews deleted to have them drop down under him and in some cases completely out of the Amazon "Top 1000" Just wanted to let you know what is going on here.

Great democratic system isn't it? Please don't buy or base any decisons on books based on the reviews here. Ditto for the book rankings. Rich Dad Poor Dad, for example, is still in the top 20 for best selling books. But look at the Amazon rating! Why? Because the same 1 star reviewer is manipulating that rating as well.

Again, just wanted you to know how the system works.

I wouldn't blame Kiyosaki if he pulled all of his books from Amazon. They need Kiyosaki a lot more than Kiyosaki needs Amazon.

And Amazon, do you have any earthly idea how much money thjis self publishing idiot is costing you with all of this nonsense?

Rich Dad Poor Dad is one of the very best wealth building books on the book stands right now. That is wht RDPD has remained a best seller now for over 9 years.
