Sales reps make many mistakes that could easily be avioded if they use the tools and game plan that Loyalty Based Selling offers. The book walks you through how to introduce your self to a prospective customer to celebrating the close of a big deal. This book is a must read for all sales reps.

Summary: I will earn more because of this book.
Review: I would hate to sell against this guy. Loyalty based selling is a fantastic book, especially if your sales depend on repeat business from current customers. Too many sales books focus solely on gaining new cutomers and new business. It was refreshing to read a book that discusses techniques to maximize current customers and the payoffs this brings. The author provides several very good tips that have helped me turn decent working relationships into unbreakable friendships. In addition, using the techniques discussed in this book, I have been able to penetrate accounts that I never thought I could crack. It is an entertaining book that I have read twice already and plan to read again.

Summary: Loyalty-based Selling
Review: Loyalty Based Selling is one of the best sales books I have ever read. Tim Smith reminds us that selling does not have to be about techniques, gimmicks or pressure but rather great human relationship behaviors. I believe this allows you to be your self and not transform into someone your not.

As leader of a large sales, marketing and service organization, I realize the importance to enhance and develop our sales professionals. The challenge is that most sales training programs are extremely expensive. The material comes at them from the top down and is written from the manager's perspective. Loyalty based selling is written from the user level with practical advice that motivates the sales professional with minimal costs to implement.

It takes a very simple approach to communicating the best way to maintain business with current customers and grow your business with both existing and new customers. Each one of us can implement the seven steps into our selling. Mr. Smith did a great job of giving us examples we can work with. I have already recommended this book to several colleagues!
