Mr. Smith's approach is logical and easy to follow. Examples of how this process works are plentiful and buttress his points very well.
I found the book readable and amusing. I will strongly suggest this book to my sales colleagues who are looking to improve their sales skills.

Review: Tim Smith's book is truly magical! Tim's 7 steps are extremely helpful; however, I am most impressed with his "hard core" focus on Zero lost customers. This book is simply outstanding and will benefit all who will invest the time to put his wisdom into practice. 7-0 does equal #1!
