Summary: I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!
Review: At my high school Senior Breakfast our vice principal that had left us for another job was our guest speaker. She brought out this book and read it to us to let us know how special we were to her. That was the first time I heard this story and I had to have the book! It was so great, I am going to take it to my work and read it to the kids at the daycare!

Summary: A children's book that could save the world?
Review: Love You Forever by Sheila McGraw and Robert N. Munsch should be required reading by every new parent. It shows in a most delightful way that - thankfully - love and compassion can move through the generations as much as can child abuse.

In this sense, this could well be one of the most important books ever written, even though it is a "children's" book. I urge everyone to take a look at this one. You'll love it and your child will love it - and learn from it.

Summary: A real life experience
Review: The first time I read this book I never realized what an impact it would have on my family. I watched my husband physically take care of his mother who died of A.L.S. a few years ago. It is a warm and touching book which I will always cherish.

Summary: Any person panning this book...
Review: doesn't have the slightest clue as to the ramifications of unconditional love. Most people who do not like this book either: 1) Have Freudian problems not based in reality. 2) Have never experienced unconditional love. In either case they are to be pitied not scorned. Just avoid the negative reviews of this book, they are few and far between. Your child will LOVE this book FOREVER!!!

Summary: Warning: Pass out the tissues before reading!
Review: The first time I ever heard this book, a mother read it to a room full of people, singing the poem part of the book. There wasn't a dry eye in the place! I am going to buy several as presents. Just reading the other reviews brought tears of rememberance to my eyes... A must for any parent, grandparent or soon-to-be-parent!

Summary: A tear jerking book
Review: I go to Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Ohio. I am in a vocational class called Kindergarten Aide. A week ago we were reviewing different types of childrens books and reading them to the class.(Which is a bunch of 16 and 17 year olds) Well, I pulled this one out and read it and i swear there wasn't a dry eye in the room. (Including my teacher) I recommend that you read it) That is if you like those kinds of storys.

Summary: A truly touching book
Review: I picked up this book quite by chance the other day in the store and read it through. At first it was the humor of the mom sneaking through to have one more "rocking" for the night. I was in tears by the end of the book and I don't even know why. I bought the book immediately, but it will interesting to try and read it without breaking up in tears. I tried to put the book back on the shelf, but it stayed firmly in my shopping cart. I did wonder about the picture of the mom driving across town to rock her adult son, but then I decided perhaps that was analyzing too much! A great book, which seems to show that kids are listening even when you are convinced they are not. The little boy heard his mother's lullaby even though he was asleep, so he could then pass it on to his own little one.

Summary: Never in my life have I ever been so touched by one book.
Review: Never in my life have I ever been so touched by one book. I have two daughters, Nicole, 5, and Emily, 2. It is my honor to read to them each night. The process is simple, they pick the stories and I read it to them. But on this one night, reading them a story was not simple. "Love you forever" was like no children's book I have read. In short, by books end I was in complete tears and hugging my two daughters and never wanting to let go. And though I did eventually let go of them physically, this book reinforced in me the thought that as long as I am alive, my two girls will be my little babies forever and always. Thanking you for reaching a part of my heart I didn't know existed. Michael Romeo (romeomj@earthlink.net) Burbank, CA

Summary: Excellent
Review: I have searched long and hard for this book and I am happy to have finally found it. The story cannot describe in any more detail the love of a mother and child. I am a mother myself, and when my daughter or son acts up, I take this book and read to them. It makes me understand the fragility of love and respect. I was never so impressed with a book as much as I am with this one. Thank you for letting me state my opinion.

Summary: Every child must have
Review: This book is very essential for every child to have. My kids are 12 & 2, and we still cry everytime we read it together. It seems to bring them even closer as a family.
