Summary: Beautiful Pictures!
Review: This is the prettiest book I've ever seen! If you love the drawings of Kate Greenaway and Beatrix Potter, you will absolutely love this book! As a dollmaker, I am especially impressed with Barker's figure drawing, obviously from live models. This is certain to become my favorite source of inspiration. If you love this book, you will probably love 'The Complete Tales' of Beatrix Potter, too, also available from Amazon. I only wish there were such a collection of Kate Greenaway's stories and books of rhymes--and if you hear of one, please let me know about it!

Review: This would make a great gift for any fan of Cicely Mary Barker's art and poems. All the little Flower Fairies books are rolled into one here, with beautiful illustrations and charming verse.

Review: when I was 5 years old my favorite aunt gave me the flower fairies book, I still have that copy, very tattered now, but still loved. I gave it to my daughter when she was 5 years old, and she loved it too. Now its time to get a new copy for my grandaughter to give to her when she is five.
