Summary: Hot time? More like lukewarm
Review: If you like "Disney's" odd-ball take on Hades, you injoy this
weird look at mythical Greek threw the eyes of Hades/Pluto, the King of the Underworld. Hades had got a new stuff stuff from the BOOK-OF-THE-MONTH guy--the BIG-FAT-BOOK-OF-GREEK-MYTH--and discover that Zues is fixing things--he decides on getting a ghost to help write the truth. It's not as funny as book 2, but it's pretty good. Roman numbers replaces the usually normal numbers in the book.

Summary: Hesiod Meets Jon Scieszka
Review: Kate McMullan has written a charming introduction to some of the earliest Greek myths, in a breezy style and with an unusual catch: the viewpoint is that of Hades, Zeus' older brother. While keeping largely to the substance of the canonical versions of the incidents recounted, she adds delightful modern touches and atrocious puns which make for hilarious reading aloud. It won't supplant the Gantz Early Greek Myth or Lempriere's Classical Dictionary, but if you're looking for a lively Greek myth book for younger readers which will keep older ones in stitches as well, this is the place to start. I look forward to reading the other seven titles (published and forthcoming) in the series.

Summary: ~*Hades Had A Hot Time*~
Review: King Hades is very funny in his book series. We had to do a project on the series and i thought it would be a drag but it wasnt. I enjoyed all the books but this was my favorite by far. After reading the whole series you wonder if Zues is right or if King Hades is telling the truth. I think it's just all myths though. He He He! Plus I love the part when Echidna gives Hades her triheaded puppy dog!

Summary: You've gotta read it(...)
Review: These are the best books! I'm studying Greek mythology in school and when I read this book I loved it so much that I shared it with my class and got even the library to buy some copies!!! Even though they're not the real versions of the myths, they are great books and you should read them!

Summary: The Truth be told,
Review: This book is a fantastic treasure for any home library, and will make sure that you want to keep coming back to the series. The first of the Myth-O-Mania series is like a fine wine, in that it just keeps getting better and better. Don't listen to Zeus!

Summary: Burning Hot
Review: You ever read Greek Myths? Well this is the true story about them. True? You think. Is that supposed to mean what I've read isn't true? Precisley. Hades claims Zeus is a liar and mangled all the myths. What he claims is true is actually the same thing as Greek Myths. With a twist. Read this book and you'll agree MYTH-O-MANIA ROCKS!
