Review: This story is incredibly funny, both in its droll pictures and the increasingly long, counting-style list of what the Fat Cat has eaten. All of us in my family who grew up with Kent's Fat Cat could recite lines from the book, it was such a favorite. It truly is a shame that this wonderful, comic tale is out of print -- it's the kind of timeless children's book that appeals to children of ALL ages, and it's as fun to read aloud to children as it is for the kids to hear.
