Review: This isn't just a good vegetarian cookbook--it is just a plain old good cookbook. I am not a vegetarian but I am also not a big meat-eater and I've been looking forever for a vegetarian cookbook that I can live with. This is definately it! The recipes are simple and flavorful and the best part is that the ingredients are not hard to find. Many vegetarian cookbooks rely on specialty foods that can only be found in health food stores, which was always a turn off to me. I highly recommend this book to everyone, herbivore or carnivore!

Review: We now own two of Mollie Katzen's cookbooks: Vegetable Heaven and Still Life with Menu Cookbook. Both are truly exceptional. Mollie Katzen's creativity with flavors is proof that vegetarians can eat delicious foods that are good for you. We have yet to find a recipe that we don't like. I know that my family and I want to say "Thank You!!" to Mollie Katzen for providing these extraordinary cookbooks.
