Summary: Admission from the Left
Review: Unlike John Kerry, I admit proudly that I'm a liberal. And I'll also admit something that my liberal friends are afraid to confess...we DO hate America! All the way from the bigoted religious ideology at its roots that it was founded upon to the imperialistic global juggernaut it is today. I give Sean Hannity's book 3 stars because the premise of his book is absolutely true! And it's about time we are open and honest about it. Both this book and Hannity's newest book are right to point that out. The true basis for liberalism is the certain belief that there is no God. Any liberal who claims otherwise is trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Our existence is merely an accident of nature whereby atoms formed molecules which over time and evolutionary Darwinism became the current arrangement of atoms we are today. Religion, morality, rights, patriotism, the afterlife, and every other idea is simply something humans made up in an attempt to give meaning to life, which is actually meaningless. Once you realize this, it is easy to see how liberals like me can justify any argument against Sean Hannity and others like him. Indeed, how can anything be immoral when there is no such thing as morality. Sean Hannity decries liberalism as evil when, in fact, true liberals are atheists and believe that there is no such thing as evil. That is why we can justify things like abortion, "terrorism", and so-called "human depravity" of every sort. The true liberal realizes that the only thing that matters is what each individual thinks matters from their perspective - otherwise known as freedom of choice. Sean Hannity only grazes the surface of this truth in his book but he is largely right on target. The greatest danger to liberals, therefore, is anything that infringes on this freedom of choice. And religion and the moral precepts that flow from it are the single greatest threats to the freedom of choice. It is no wonder, then, that you see liberals attacking religion relentlessly, promoting abortion on demand, encouraging drug use, promoting all kinds of supposed "sexual immorality" like homosexuality, bestiality, polygamy etc., attempting to write revisionist history, and are in favor of open boarders. We even have infiltrated religious institutions in order to destroy them from the inside by liberalizing the "rules" made up in the Bible and making up our own rules. It is exactly because this American culture restricts our freedom that we hate it so much. And we will only be truly free when it is destroyed. The liberals that claim to believe that they love America only say that as a grand deception. The truth is that we love America only because we can use its very system to destroy it as it is today and turn it into what we believe it can be - a truly free country. Free from delusional religious oppression and the laws that are passed to perpetuate it. We can even pervert the very basis of our Constitution - rights granted to us by God - by using the document to undermine its own purpose.Sean Hannity is actually quite insightful because he seems to be peering behind the liberal curtain and discovering the true purpose of liberalism - unfettered individual freedom of choice.You might ask why, if I truly believed this, would I admit to such a nefarious plot and thereby strengthen the case for those on the side of Sean Hannity and the religious right? The answer is because it is no fun for me to achieve such success and not be able to gloat about it. Sean Hannity makes no bones about which side he is on, why should we liberals?In conclusion, I recommend you buy the book. And then vote for John Kerry. He can't admit it yet, but trust me, he is a liberal.

Summary: Conservative policies and politics defined.
Review: This book should be the official guide to conservative policies and politics. Sean Hannity beautifully covers every major political topic from abortion to educational system failures, defense spending, foreign oil dependence, and everything in between. Sean presents the conservative case in a compelling and easy to follow and understand format, highlighting the bias of the left. Given the nature of the book, it's hard to imagine it as a real 'page turner', but Sean has done exactly that. This book nearly turns the pages itself.

Review: This book is trash which only ignorant rednecks from the states will enjoy. I suggest reading Al Franken's "LIES AND THE LYING LIARS WHO TELL THEM" for a supurb and entertaining critique of this work.

Review: This is a great book, but you should also look at all of Anne Coulter's books. She is the leading spokeswoman for the Republican party because she knows and speaks our truth. Summary: a breath of fresh air
Review: i'm reading the 2004 paperback edition of this book. Sean Hannity hosts a radio show from 3-6pm following Rush in most markets. In this book, Hannity talks about the liberals and Democrats and how hostile they get if any of their viewpoints are questioned. Hannity also tells us about the liberal bias in the media, and why conservatives and Republicans are more successful on talk radio. he offers some statistics that when Rush came along, AM radio only had 300 stations that programmed news/talk. but by 2001 the number had grown to 1,400. Hannity credits the Clinton years (1993-2001) as the reason talk-radio became so successful because the people who had a different view weren't given proper spotlight in the national media {the ones with an opposing view to anything Clinton did were branded right-wing radicals, bigoted, chauvenistic, and part of Hillary Clinton's pet-project of dreaming up the vast right-wing conspiracy}. Hannity calls Rush the Babe Ruth of Talk Radio, which is accurate. on page 51, Hannity talks about the liberal immigration plan and the name calling from liberals. Pete Wilson in 1995 was called a racist by Democrats because he didn't want to open the borders of California to immigrants because statistics show that a majority of them won't become legal and productive and they eventually abuse social programs as a way of living. However, as usual, because Republicans oppose the liberal plan of open borders, we're collectively called racists because we're being careful and cautious about who should come into the country. now more than ever, you can't apply a pre 9/11 concept to a country post 9/11 because it's wreckless, which is Hannity's point in some of the last chapters. Hannity has often said that if the immigration rules were enforced during the '90s, there might've been a 50-50 chance that the terrorists of 9/11 wouldn't have been so advanced and superior in their massacre because they would've been watched until they became legal. i give the book 5 stars because it's great and it says a lot of things Republicans and new people to the political process MUST know! Hannity also hosts a show on Fox News Channel with liberal partner Alan Colmes which is #1 and a stat that most people down-play because of the CNN competition of Larry King, whose own career is a fabulous read but his political views are something close to Ted Kennedy. Sean Hannity's book is a breath of fresh air and honest, as opposed to Al Franken's book whose title alone says it all and shows who he's catering to: a segment of America that simply hates all things Republican and George Bush no matter how right we are. i also suggest the purchase of his newest book, "Deliver Us From Evil", which contains MORE reasons to dis-trust and question liberalism.

Summary: The Next "The Way Things Ought To Be"
Review: Sean Hannity really shines in his first book. Contageously enthusiastic, he outlines his vision of America clearly, supported by rather eye-opening portions of interviews he's had over the years on his radio and TV shows. While it is a shame that many people (who incidentally have posted the majority of reviews on this site concerning this book) will never read this out of petty contempt for the author's ideals, it has really been a good read for me. And that's all you, the customer needs to know. The Chadster likes it.
