Summary: Others have done it better
Review: Letters From a Nut and More Letters From a Nut have their moments, but for some REALLY hilarious crank letters, you've got to try Idiot Letters, Dear Ernest and Julio, and the classics, The Lazlo Letters and Citizen Lazlo.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great Book for Group or Family Reading
Review: This is a hilarious look at our culture. It is mischevious without being mean. It can be read aloud, and in short spurts. I confess that I am stopping on the way home tonight to buy stamps....watch out

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Mixed Emotions
Review: It's a funny premise, and there are certainly some hilarious letters. But, there is far too much repetition of ideas - that gets old. And I could not help thinking that hard-working folks had to waste their valuable time answering this nonsense.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Definitely the funniest book I have ever read!!!
Review: This is an absolutely hilarious book. It's weird and warped andeveryone should read it. I was laughing so hard I was in pain! I'veread it five times and I still crack up! It's great to read out loud to a group of people, too.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I laughed, I shuffled cards (Dogs barked !)
Review: This is an ABSOLUTE MUST read !! I cannot remember the last time I have EVER laughed so hard that I got a headache !! Although this book is funny when reading it on your own, reading it out loud in a group of people has the best results. If you don't find the humor in this book, check your pulse!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I laughed so hard I almost peed my pants.
Review: These letters are hilarious, I've read them over and over and wept with laughter each time.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Run Don't Walk
Review: Ted L. Nancy explores the hidden prankster in all of us goofing on institutions throughout our culture. It goes to show you that many can't see the forest through the trees. Keep writing Mr. Nancy, you have great stationery.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Funniest Book I've Ever Read
Review: 'Letters From a Nut' is truly hilarious! From Ted L. Nancy's lost tooth to his lost bag of otter hair, this book is a laugh riot! You must read this book in the order it is written to appreciate it to its fullest potential. The jokes come full circle. This kind of humor wreaks of Jerry Seinfeld. I highly recommend this book!! I can't wait to get my copy of 'More Letters From a Nut'!!

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Interesting, but not very funny
Review: The premise is good, but there was too much repetition. Jerry Seinfeld laughed out loud, I didn't.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Twisted humor in its highest form!
Review: This book cleverly applies the concept of "crank" phone calls to written correspondence. Mr. Nancy puts the recipients of his letters in the obligitory position of professionally replying to his absurd scenarios. Absolutely superb.
