Summary: Thought This Was A Special Book
Review: Scoblete is a heck of a writer and his idea for reducing the Bank commission is unique. I have never read about that before anywhere by any writer. His detailed analysis of the game and his recommendations for play can help you get what he calls a monetary edge over the casinos. Great book and worth buying.

Summary: Baccarat is Not Just Like Flipping a Coin
Review: Scoblete shows clearly the complexities of baccarat. He discusses card counting systems, advantage play methods, and ways to reduce the casino commission on the bank bets. The book is great reading and never dull. If you play baccarat you should seriously consider getting this book.

Summary: Almost a Beatable Game....
Review: Scoblete's book shows us that baccarat, not mini-baccarat, is the better version of the game. He shows you that you should play the traditional form of the game because of its slowness. he has some very interesting statistics and systems. I really loved his chaoter on the deadly sins.

Summary: Gave me Courage to Play
Review: Thanks to this book I worked up the courage to go into a baccarat room and play for $25 a hand. I used to play blackjack and mini-baccarat for $10 a hand but Scoblete's book showed me why playing $25 a hand is the way to go. His ideas are truly remarkable and I am now a believer in him. This book is amazing.

Summary: Nothing New
Review: There is no "ingenius" method revealed for lowering the bank commission, just a common sense way to keep from getting overcharged which anyone should normally know to do. This book is mostly fluff-- lots of psycho-babble on gambling psychology and how to "act" like a gambler. Mr Scoblete seems more interested in "acting" than gambling. There is nothing in this book that will help you win money at Baccarat, in my opinion.

Summary: What a book!
Review: This book was great. What more can I say? It's definately worth every penny. Go out and buy it.

Summary: Definitely a Must Read Book on Bac
Review: This is a complete study of baccarat and offers some great insights. Scoblete knows his subject inside and out. Great book.

Summary: One Word - Great
Review: This is the best book on baccarat I've ever read and I've read just about all of them, including John May's excellent book. But May is too esoteric, while Scoblete can teach the average player to really exploit this game for comps. He also has the most remarkable way to reduce the casino edge on the Bank bet by 20 percent! Get this book for its research and revelations. Like all of Scoblete's books it is well written and enjoyable.

Summary: Slow down your action
Review: What I got from this book on Baccarat was that even though Baccarat is a low percentage game, the fast pace of the mini-baccarat can "eat you up." Basically, the message is "do not bet every hand of Baccarat." In this way you'll stay in action longer should a good streak show up. This was no news for me.
