Rating: Summary: Here are some reviews that appeared in the print media: Review: "Frank Scoblete's fresh analysis of the age-old game of roulette is outstanding and is a must read for those who enjoy the numbers. Scoblete has the unique ability to instruct and inspire at the same time. His wit and wisdom are the keys to his success as a casino gaming writer. Spin Roulette Gold is the best roulette book ever written." ....Walter Thomason, gaming columnist and author of The Experts' Guide to Casino Games and Blackjack for the Clueless "Spin Roulette Gold: Secrets of Beating the Wheel!, like all Scoblete's work, is fun as well as informative. The meat of his book, though, is based on having recorded 10,000 spins of real roulette wheels. That includes 3,800 spins of a single wheel. The point is to look for biased wheels. Scoblete also takes a look at section-shooting dealers, dealer signatures and one of my favorites, chameleon play. Spin Roulette Gold is a complete handbook for the player who likes roulette, wants to learn about playing methods and have a little fun at the same time." ...John Grochowski, gaming columnist and author of The Casino Answer Book "Frank Scoblete's Spin Roulette Gold is by far the most informative and intelligent book about roulette ever written! If you're interested in a thinking man's or woman's approach this is for you!" ...John Brokopp, gaming columnist, The Daily Southtown
Rating: Summary: Highly Intelligent Analysis of the Game Review: "Spin Roulette Gold" is wonderfully complete and accurate analysis of all aspects of roulette. It shows you why many of the most famous systems for playing the game such as the Martingales are such losers in the long run. However, the book goesinto methods whioch have proven effective in beating roulette such as biased whell play and signature sighting. This is really worthwhile stuff and you won't find it in many or any other book about the subject.
Rating: Summary: If You Love Roulette... Review: ...this book is for you. Great strategies and intelligent analysis of an age old game by a great writer. Definitely worth getting.
Rating: Summary: I've won with this Review: Frank Scoblete does a really indepth analysis of roulette and shows how to beat it. I have used several of the advantage-play methods in this book for the past six months and they work! You won't win millions but you can beat the wheel with the right strategies and patience. The book is very well written and even if you just want a good background read into this fascinating game Scoblete gives that too.
Rating: Summary: You CAN Win at Roulette! Review: Frank Scoblete has written many books on casino gambling but I think this one could be his best because he shows how to approach a game that supposedly can't be beaten. I love the strategies in this book but the one I love the most is the chamelion strategy! If you are an intelligent roulette player this book has what you are looking for. It has a clear analysis of the game and the various betting systems that have been tried against it. It also shows how to find biased wheels and dealers who might be sector shooting. Still I love the chamelion strategy and it has worked big time for me.
Rating: Summary: Spin to Win with this Book Review: Frank Scoblete has written the very best book on roulette ever published. It is a complete and comprehensive look at one of the oldest games yet it has some of the most innovative and creative strategies I've ever encountered. Scoblete is one magnificent writer and you will enjoy his analysis and commentary. This is a truly splendid work by a splendid author.
Rating: Summary: I loved this book Review: Frank Scoblete is just the very best writer of gaming books in the world and this book provbes it. I am not a big roulette fan but I am a big Scoblete fan. This book is well researched, entertaining, and offers some systems of play I have never seen before. Several of these, as Scoblete admits, can't beat the house, but others most definitely can. I think readers of Scoblete's works will find this another great book.
Rating: Summary: This Book is for Intelligent Players Review: Frank Scoblete writes for the intelligent roulette player who is not looking for a magic bullet but understands that casino games have built in house edges that rarely can be overcome. None can be overcome with silly money-management systems, although money management is important in order to protect you from going on tilt. Scoblete explores two different approaches to the game of roulette in this masterpiece. The first concerns an analysis of the traditional systems used at the gme. He shows quite clearly why these systems don't work. He then goes on to brilliantly explore other methods of play. Not all of them require 30 or 40 hours of wheel watching to be effective as one reviewer mistakenly submitted. In fact, some take only a few minutes. All are brillint techniques to attempt to turn the tables on the casinos. Scoblete is a master when it comes to realistic strategies and solid writing. Get this book if you have the least interest in roulette!
Rating: Summary: Complete Analysis of Roulette Review: Frank Scoblete's book is a complete analysis of the game of roulette. He explains why traditional roulette systems can't win in the long run and he gives you several techniques that might allow you to get the edge or at least cut the casino edge. This is well researched book, very entertaining, with a lot of useful information. Roulette players should put it on their must read list as it is the best roulette book I have ever read. Scoblete is a fine writer and if you haven't read him yet do yourself a favor and get this book.
Rating: Summary: Book Covers Both Single and Double Zero Wheels Review: Frank Scoblete's book is the best book ever written on roulette and does cover both the European single-zero wheel and the American double-zero wheel. In fact, all the strategies that Scoblete gives will work far better on the European wheel than on the American wheel. You have to be very careful when you read the advice of individuals who write misleading reviews since a terrific resource for roulette players can be misjudged if you read only one or two reviews. Scoblete's book is a five star masterpiece with complete analyses of systems and strategies, some of which can yield a positive result.
