Summary: Business Sense; Life Sense
Review: No matter where you are in business, top, near bottom, or any place in between, Ben's book is full of tips. It is even full of good stories for those not active in business but just trying to add meaning to life. Random Thoughts is an invitation to what makes this "real" CEO tick everywhere from a young kid on the farm daydreaming to the head of several fundraising companies and sought after speaker. Ben teaches "how-to" in each chapter and then asks you to think, why? All the while, he makes you smile.

Review: This book helped me focus on those areas of business where I find my most satisfaction. Once I had discovered that area I was then led through the process of delegation to a point where I could feel free to "let go." As I have done that I have found my company continues to do well, my associates have risen to the tasks assigned and now my company seems to have a future either with or without me. I think I got value for my money in this book. My associates know I did.

Review: What a wonderful book. I feel like I've just completed a course in CEO management, but with no tests and plenty of laughs.
