Rating: Summary: The Ghoul in Print....Now this is boffo-socko Review: This is about as close as your going to get to feeling Ghoul Power on paper. Its difficult enough to explain the show...just watch it. But now its in book form and the pictures are great. Brings back memories, and sharing them with friends who now watch the show. I have noticed that a few "bad" reveiws seem to generate from south of Cleveland (i.e. Summit county). Be warned...a cheep imitation tries to pass himself off as better then our king and leader. You've been warned.
Rating: Summary: Give It Up For The Ghoul!!! Review: Upon finding that The Ghoul had decided to share his "memoreez" with us fellow mortals, I lept to order a copy at once, shocked that the fearless leader of good taste had decided to publish a (S)crapbook! Ya mean, he was still out there - not content to rest on his Ghoulish laurels - dishing up more insanity for the veteran & the uninitiated alike? Unbelieveable. How considerate! Having lived in the SF Bay Area, and not having seen The Ghoul since the 70's, I found myself gripping my mocha at a table in the local bookstore, bursting out laughing hysterically many times as I devoured the delighful details of his career-in-pix. The Ghoul is outrageous, clever, topical, satirical, wild, over-the-top and loves to generate reaction - any reaction is fine, thank you, ovadey!! The photos stem from the myriad scope of his activities, and give an excellent representation of his humorous "bent" on things. As I sat in that bookstore, even though I realized people were staring at me occasionally, I could not help laughing uncontrollably at the outlandish histrionics of Our King. We need his humor & we need it now, and he has gladly given of himself once again in fine fashion at a time his comedy is so needed to lighten us up a little. Let's hope against hope The Ghoul continues to publish his files for our enrichment, and thank him for letting us see the results of his resolve to Keep It Coming for well over THIRTY YEARS now! Yay Ron - Wonderful Job - Well Done - Keep Us Laughing!!! Hey Hey HEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Terry
