Rating: Summary: How Sweet It Is...Without the Sugar Review: This cookbook is absolutely wonderful. The recipes are easy to follow and come out perfect. They taste scrumptious and are good for you too! I'm not a diabetic, but I will continue to use this cookbook for all my desserts. Jean has a winner with this book. I give it two thumbs up and a 5 star rating!

I couldn't wait to fix the Chocolate Raspberry Cream Cheese Pie. It was marvelous. I liked the (Note) connected with this one. Divine and decadent indeed! I just had to have a second slice and I could, because I'm not a diabetic. I'm just one of those people that don't want to use sugar. Along with all the wonderful sounding recipes that I intend to fix, the book has a homey feel to it interspersed with humor. I think everyone should take a look at this one.
