Rating: Summary: How to Flirt Review: Susan Rabin has definitely had experience flirting, as is evidenced by this book. If all you care about is flirting, this book is most definitely for you. I, however, wanted to take my game to the next level, & am much more satisfied with Fate & Reil's How to Have Sex with Hot Girls (without even dating them!), & Louis & Copeland's How to Succeed with Women.
Rating: Summary: Encouraging read that leaves one feeling incredibly positive Review: Susan Rabin has written an engaging, easy read that has its heart in the right place. Taking the stigma out of flirtation, Rabin urges all readers to get out there and take action, and to do so with no falsities or come-ons. The book has reiterated some common-sense things, but altogether, it is inspirational, refreshing, and ultimately calming. I felt more in tune and comfortable with my abilities in flirting, dating, etc., than I have with any other dating book out there after reading this book. Her many examples of people and their specific hang-ups or neuroses were great, and most of them I could relate to or understand. Ultimately, Rabin helps readers to realize that almost everyone has felt or feels the way they do and that they are not alone in their thoughts and feelings with regards to hooking up with that potential mate. Highly recommended!
Rating: Summary: An excellent book for singles Review: Susan Rabin has written an excellent book for singles. I especially liked her discussions of proper eye contact, the importance of smiling and understanding body language. The book gives very helpful advice on how to assert yourself in the singles scene without being offensive or obvious. It also helps you get a better idea of what the other person might be thinking or feeling about you. Nice job Susan Rabin.
Rating: Summary: This is a great starting point if you're looking for answers Review: The advice is practical, there are no gimmiks and it's a quick, easy read. The book does a good job of pepping you up to actually use its advice, which is basically to use every opportunity to flirt with and talk to the opposite sex. I like the fact that she points out that you'll probably get rejected 9 out of 10 times, but it's just a series of experiences that you shouldn't take so seriously. Great stuff.
Rating: Summary: It's okay but dont put too much trust on it... Review: The book gives you some tips, but sometimes you just cant resist to laugh at some of the suggestions. The book has good advice on certain situations but fails on important areas. Not everybody is friendly out there...and some of the ideas this book gives you are just out of the real world we live in...it's a jungle out there and Rabin thinks we are in "wonderland". However if you are new to the dating scene, this book will give you interesting tips, after that you will need to get a more in depth book.
