Review: This brief, simple book provides an excellent practical guide to pampering African-American hair, or any ethnic hair that glories in its curls. I found that the suggestions about daily rinsing, generous use of conditioners, and nightly braiding have helped my hair looks glossy, curly, fresh, and happy. Use of all-natural products from Carol's Daughter also makes a world of difference.
