Review: This book confirmed my suspicions about the lack of goodness in milk and the job the FDA is doing looking out for the consumer. After years of battling nasal congestion, allergies and stomach irregularities, I swore off milk, cheese and my all time favorite, ice cream, after hearing Mr. Cohen interviewed. Review: Whoever doesn't believe in Mr. Cohen's book (*laughing*). Good Luck later on in life because no one really cares if you drink it or not. It is *YOUR* choice to drink milk and you'll soon enough be a victim to these diseases. On the otherhand, you can choose a safer choice and completely abolish dairy products. What about all the other third-world countries? Do they drink milk? I personally stopped dairy products and have noticed one improvement - NO ACNE. Keep drinking milk and make sure you come give me a *KISS* when you end up with osteoporosis, weak bones, kidney stones, calcium deficiency, hypertension, colon cancer. END
