Summary: Great Pics, Wish There Were More!
Review: The photographer succeeds at truly capturing the wacky personality of Pugs in his clever (but posed) pictures. Pugs in a variety of costumes and getups cavort and preen, and most of the pics are lovely, rich sepiatones -- which works wonderfully well for fawn Pugs in particular. There's a lovely balance between perfect-conformation show Pugs and ones that look a bit more "real" (i.e. like the Pugs many of us actually own). The main drawback to the book as I see it is that it's *short*. Not a lot of photos (95 pages, of which many are quotes, etc.) and it does leave you wanting more. A lovely gift to receive, but like many novelty books, not necessarily something you'll look at more than a few times.

Review: The pictures and captions in this book are so incredibly endearing. They capture your heart. Any friend of a pug will love paging through this book. It's inspiring to make some cute photos of your own too!

Review: This book was given to me last Christmas and I love it!!! I love pugs and the pictures in this book are adorable! The captions are great and no matter how many times you have looked through it.....it will always put a smile on your face. An excellent gift for any pug lover!

Summary: Pug Mugs Superb!
Review: This book was under my Chanukah bush, and I have not stopped chuckling since I opened it! My pug, Chester, keeps me laughing, but "Pug Shots" fills in when Chester's snoozing. These are some of the most delightful pictures I've ever seen. The book is a must-have for any pug lover.
