Summary: Fun, Fun, Fun
Review: Best chick lit book I've read. I think all girls can see some Bex in them. I couldn't put this book down. I'm quite the slow reader and my friend was so surprised when I returned it to her so quickly. There was nothing about this book I didn't like. The plot was not predictable and there was great emotions felt as I read this book. I would recommend it to anyone!

Summary: Good as it was when I first read it
Review: This is the second time I am reading this book. It's so good to read because Rebecca doesn't seem to understand that she is putting herself in debt because of her excessive spending. But yet, it's so funny because she can't seems to figure out why she is in the mess she is in. She is no financial whiz but yet writes for a financial magazine. This book in one way, is helpful for any woman who finds herself in debt or is close to it. It shows the reader what not to do and what you need to do. Kinsella does a great job at pointing out the effects of consumerism and what it does to the individual in society without boring the reader.

Summary: Need A Good Laugh or Two? Read This!
Review: Poor Rebecca Bloomwood. She's twenty-five years old, and she has what most people her age would love. She lives in a trendy flat in London, has the most glamorous of wardrobes, and many socialite friends. But there is one major problem. Rebecca really cannot afford any of this posh lifestyle at all. She's in debt up to her eyeballs with her credit cards; and it only gets worse. Her job as a journalist doesn't really pay all that much, and anyway, the job bores her too death. The only thing that really makes her happy is shopping all the time. She tries to cut back, but it never works.An event happens in her life that will soon change everything. It has to, for the bank is after her for her overdraft, and the credit card companies are on her case as well eventually for her unpaid bills. The new job event will change things, at least for awhile. Rebecca will soon have to wake up and manage her finances. I enjoyed every chapter of this book, and it had me laughing the whole time.

Review: This book is funny and suspenseful. The book is about a financial journalist named Rebecca Bloomwood. She hates her job and would rather do something in fashion. In fact, her whole life is fashion.
Becky lives in Fulham, the trendiest neighborhood in London. She owns all designer clothes. From the outside, it looks like she has a great life. But, she really can't afford anything she has. She is in a lot of debt. She has creditors calling her house all day. She gets tons of letters from banks, Visa, and Octagon all the time. She tries to cut back on what she buys. She only ends up spending more and more money. Then she tries to make more money. She gets a job in a trendy boutique. Perfect, right? She ends up getting fired on her first day because she tries to buy clothes that were put on hold for a customer.
Then she finds a story she actually cares about. Her parents' friends end up losing money because of her financial advice. She ends up writing a story in "The Daily World". She also goes on television. Will Becky get out of debt? Will she become a success? Read "Confessions of a Shopaholic" to find out.
Just when you think Becky is down, she comes up with something to make herself feel better. Becky is a hilarious character. Everyone can relate to her attempts at improving herself and failing miserably. Every time Becky tries to improve herself, you will laugh with the outcome.
I really liked the way this book was written. It was so interesting and made me want to read the book. I would recommend this book to anyone who has ever been shopping and liked it. This is a fun, creative, and hysterical book. By, Jessica R.

Summary: Wonderful
Review: This is a wonderfully sumputous witty novel. I could't put it down and was sad when I'd finished the series. The only complaint I have is that I often found Becky (the main character) intensly annoying because of her insane shopping and rufusal the acknowledge here mounting credit card bills. Thinking they would just pay themselves. But this does not diminish the fact that this is a wonderful book for everyone. Full Marks!!!!!

Summary: Confessions of a Pleasured Reader
Review: Just finished this one. I read it in one 24-hour period. Amazingly, I loved it. At times, it seems like nothing more than an inventory of everything Becky buys, but there is actually a plot that makes soem sense. My only complaint is the ending. Just as Becky gets her act together and decides to face up to her problems, she is offered a high-paying job and begins seeing one of the UK's richest men. Who has this luck? My husband and I would like to fix our finances (and we didn't get into debt by buying Prada, that's for sure) but no fairy godmother is going to grant him a giant salary or hand me a best seller. Still, I was happy for Becky. It was a fun read.

Summary: Ditzy, funny
Review: The best part about this book is the letters that appear at the beginning of the chapters. Less specifically, the best part is the humor. The main character, however, is not very relatable to me, because she's so stupid, and keeps doing stupid things that get her into further messes. I just wanted to reach into the book and shake some since into her. She might be "fun loving" or whatever, but having a head on my shoulders makes me not be able to relate to her like I can to the main characters in many of my favorite books.

Summary: My FAVORITE Book
Review: I fell in love with this book right from the beginning, and couldn't put it down!! If you loved Bridget Jones' Diary, this is a must read. It's fabulously light, but absolutely lovable and engrossing at the same time. And, to the reviewer who thought this book was shallow and too materialistic.... go out and BUY something!!

Review: I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking for a fun read. For the first time ever I seriously couldn't put the book down. It was delightful that things did not take place as one might think, but holds the reader until the end. Even at that that point I wanted to rush to the book store to buy the following books in the series. I would recommend this book 100%!!
