Summary: All That!
Review: After reading Addicted by Zane and Coldest Winter Ever by Sista Souljah I was stumped on what to read next. See those books were EXCELLENT and fast reads and I was looking for something even better. Although this book does not top Coldest Winter, it came close for such a short and quick read! When I first bought the book I was a little disappointed to see that it was less than 200 pages, but will admit once I read a few pages I was quickly hooked! Threesome had me up all night! The book was so good that I did not want to finish it, but at the same time I could not stop turning the pages. This book is all that and than some... READ IT TO FIND OUT WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!

Summary: Off the Chains¿A Must Read!
Review: Who would have thought that within the pages of this very nominally sized novel were the makings of one of the very best stories that I have read in a long time. Plagued with sex, lies, and manipulation, this novel is sure to take you into the sordid world of Sasha Borianni. The story so brilliantly weaved will evoke such emotions of amazement and wonderment. You will find a character whose drama driven life takes her down a path of great destruction. A character that has far greater psychological issues that evidently was stemmed from childhood. Whether you find yourself liking or hating this character one thing is for sure is that though we may want to turn away from her life we cannot for the story continues to weave a dramatic tangled web. Two thumps up for Brenda L. Thomas for she packed in a page turning word-gripping drama in this very small book. To the point with just the right amount of information to keep her readers hungering for more. I look forward to the next book.

Buy this novel...you will not regret it!

Summary: More Addictive Than Addicted
Review: This is the best of the recent spate of erotic novels and anthologies by African Americans--at least on the "non- literary" side. On the more serious, literary side, we have EROTIQUE NOIR, BROWN SUGAR and AFTER HOURS leading the pack. On the non literary side (where the writers don't aspire to literary aesthetics of style and craft), there are ADDICTED and this book leading the pack. Many of these books on this non-literary side are self-published, small-press published and/or poorly edited. The plots are transparent or laughable, if a plot even exists; and the sex attempts to be shocking and revealing, but most usually ends up being quite mundane and redundant. Not so with this book THREESOME. In fact, the writing at the beginning of the book rivals that of the "more talented" literary writers. What a great opening for a novel! It is impossible to put down. While the plot and the writing later on become a bit less polished and original, Thomas keeps the reader hooked with a fast paced series of hooks, and wicked, wicked sex scenes. I do not want spoil the book for you, but the lesbian scene and the first sex scene with Phoenix alone are worth the price of the book. After reading this book, I wish I could go back and give Zane's ADDICTED 4 stars instead of 5. I love ADDICTED, but THREESOME is much better. Much, much beter.

Summary: This book is hot! Money well spent.
Review: This book is hot! Brenda Thomas creates her characters vividily and brings them to life well. She is a very talented writer. I learned about this book after readin and excerpt on her web site and I immediately knew that I had to buy it. Money well spent and I hope to read more from her in the future.

Summary: What about ...
Review: I thought the book was off-the-hook. Being a Lesbian, I would've like Sasha and Maria's relationship to be more defined.
That's a question I have, why doesn't mainstream writers consider our community in their writings?

Summary: Sizzles
Review: This is a very hot book. At first I didn't know how to read it. I thought it might be a crime drama, a confessional, an expose, a self help book. Then along came the sauna scene with Phoenix, and I realized it was none of those. This book was a sexual slam dunk! Brenda L. Thomas really knows how to take it to the hoop (wink, wink). As an erotic writer myself, I delighted in the sex scenes, which are among the best I have read in a long time. Each is original--none of that repetitive, redundant blow by blow that lesser writers so often come up with. Each sex scene, except for one, leaves you breathless, and each scene develops the plot, which involves a talented sistah who keeps finding herself involved with the WRONG men until she ends up in a sexual triangle with husband material Brent, basketball phenom Phoenix, and tragedy-challenged ex-lover Cole. Great, great, great book.

Summary: THREESOME HUNH?? DEFINITELY NOT WHAT YOU THINK
Review: First of all this book is very short only 138 pages; however it does hold your interest. Sasha is involved with a married man, Cole. He leaves her when tragedy strikes them both. To get her mind off of her problems, Sasha takes on the job of personal assistant to Phoenix Carter, a young up-and coming basketball star. She begins to develop a sexual attraction towards her boss; to move away from those feelings she falls for a man named Trent. He appears to be her "knight in shining armor" or is he?? Sasha knows about Trent's 13 yr old daughter but does she know about the child he's about to have?? Trent puts Sasha first in his life and they think about a future but when the curtain falls where will they both end up?? You'll just have to read to find out.
