Summary: Yum!
Review: Makes any person finally understand the difference between outlaws and criminals, but (graciously) *doesn't* betray the wonderful mystery of redheads.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A mystical fairytale with a spellbinding ending!
Review: This book started off a bit slow and uninteresting, but as it unwinded its magical tale, I grew increasingly hooked on it.

Summary: Tom finds the key to life, then shares it with the universe
Review: This the only book that I have ever read that makes us realize that making love stay isn't the hard part, it's trying not to chasing it away that's the problem. Robbins writes with full heart and full mind. He embodies the spirit of love within all of us. One of the best books I've read, a must read!

Summary: I just plain like this book
Review: I love the way that Tom Robbins writes. Sometimes he is flamboyantly verbose and other times very simple. He makes me laugh, he makes me think. He shows me things about myself that I never had consciously thought of before. It makes me feel strangely intimate with an author that I don't know. It's weird! I read this book in one day, then the next day I was sad, because it was already over. One of my friends said, "Just go get a different book." But I didn't want a different book! I wanted to read more about Leigh-Cheri and the Woodpecker. Gulietta! I wanted to learn more about the Camel pack. I wanted to learn more about how to make love last. When people ask me what the books are about, I can never really think of how to describe them. Just amazing.

Summary: The greatest guidebook to life & love I've ever found
Review: This book is beautiful, funny, touching, crazy, and wild in that oh-so unique Robbins style. I've read everything Robbins and this one remains my favorite... it's a fantastic read for anyone who has ever been in love... it restores your faith and puts a little joy back into the everyday. Share it with your sweetie and make love stay. :)

Summary: one of my favorite books
Review: my sister's friend's friend leant him the book who lent it to my sister who leant me the book who i in turn leant to my friend etc..... This book is so carturing, thought provoking, and humorous that it would be selfish not to share with others. Half-way through I was telling my friends how amazing it was & they asked me what it was about......honestly, I had a hard time telling them anything except that the language was unique & wonderful. Tom Robbins has such a unique way of getting a story across and expressing his thoughts it's like no book i've ever read. i defeinately recommend this book. i went out to the library (w/ my dusty, old card) & got another Robbins book immediatly.

Summary: Literary Genius
Review: This is the first Tom Robbins novel I ever read, at the suggestion of a friend. A month later, I had read every Tom Robbins novel available at that time. I have never been inspired to read an author's entire body of work in a month before. Tom Robbins is a true literary genius.
