Rating: Summary: I already knew it was gonna be good! Review: The thing about mysteries that bug me is I have no patience. THis book didn't let you know who the killer was until the last couple pages & I was about ready to read the book backwards to see if my guess was right (it was). But I read it the right way, enjoyed it the right way, and will be reaching with my right hand because this author is...well righteous! I loved "Pipe Dreams" and this book was just as good.
Rating: Summary: solomon jones did once again Review: This book is so damn good!!! Thats sums it all up. If you are thinking about getting this book, let me be your reassurement...buy it!!! And make sure you get The Bridge right along with Pipe Dream if you didn't read that yet. Solomon Jones is an expectionally talented author. I read Pipe Dream in a day and a half. I could put the bridge down read in 7 hours(no exaggeration). It was such a page turner I couldn't put it down until i found out the ending. Trust me you'll love it!!!! I can't wait to get his next book
Rating: Summary: Dark, on your seat tale Review: This book was better than Pipe Dream, which I thought was an excellent book. He makes sure to capture his characters in great detail, and the story will keep you guessing until the climax. In some sort of sick way, you actually catch yourself feeling bad for the perpretrators in this book and not just the victims. It's worth the $26 and change I paid for it. Solomon Jones has a fan for life with me.
Rating: Summary: THIS BOOK WAS HARD TO PUT DOWN! Review: This book was hard to put down i read it in about 3 days off and on. This was the first time i read a book by Solomon Jones and it aint gone be the last. I recently bought Ride or Die by Solomon and Pipedream by Solomon and I cant wait to read them. I highly recommend this book to people that enjoy street tales this book is for you! This book has you wondering whats going to happen next. Its Wonderful!!!!!
Rating: Summary: Excellent Review: This is the first book that I've read by Mr. Jones and I was very impressed. He reminds me of the modern day Donald Goines. I've told all of my friends about this wonderful author. He definitely has a bright future as a writer.
Rating: Summary: Outstanding! Review: This story is so compelling I couldn't put it down. This is one of the best books I have read. I was on the edge of my seat while the hunt for the killer of little Kenya was on. This story feels so real while you read it you'll think you are a part of it. Solomon Jones is a gifted writer that takes you to the edge with this novel.

Rating: Summary: Riveting Review: This was a enthralling story. Solomon writes descriptively and beautifully. It is often painful yet fascinating at the same time.
Rating: Summary: Well Done!!!! Review: With all the new supposed "street fiction" and Contemporary African American fiction". Mr.Jones releases THe Bridge a story that was so well written that I was dreaming about it. I would fall asleep and wake up thinking about the little girl in the story Kenya. What a terrible life for anyone to have lived. People of all colors should pick up this book because although it is fiction it is real and if you don't believe me Holla at me topazzz6@aol.com because I have facts that can support these types of things that are happening in every city every day.I couldn't put this book down because of the reality of it.
