Summary: Fun to read
Review: Whether you like him or not , you have to admit Bill O'Reilly is popular. This is evident in the enormous ratings his show gets, as well as how well his books sell. However, maybe it's just because he's controversial? I don't know. What I do know is that this book was deffinitely interesting to read, and at some times funny. I found myself agreeing on some points and disagreeing on others. He does make himslef out to be an independent thinker in the book, but whether or not he truly is is anyone's guess. O'Reilly does take a wide variety of positions on different issues, which is what makes the book most interesting. One downside I noticed however is that he relies a little too much on the partial texts of his television interviews to express his points. Otherwise, a controversial and fun read.

Summary: God hates this book!
Review: God cries whenever he hears the name O'Reilly. It makes him sad to see that one of His creations is such a boorish moron. This book made God give the silent treatment to everyone for 10000 years! In fact, God hated this book so much that he sent fires from the heavens down unto the publishing houses that printed this book and sent plagues upon the homes of O'Reilly supporters!

Summary: How can you give this a good review?
Review: someone said:
Bill O'Reilley's voice is one of the first and greatest of the breaths of fresh air blowing over the lefties' intellectual melt-down.
O really? Well if that's true then we don't have much to say about this country do we? Luckily you're wrong. Oh wait, you're from australia! We're you drunk when you wrote this Susan? I don't think you understand american politics. Each side has a right to give their testimony and Bill here sure loves to hear himself talk.

"This book kicks your (expletive)." Now explain to me what you meant by expletive. Having someone attempt to have an actual conversation with Bill is like giving someone a bowl of jello and asking them to saw through a brick wall with it. It can't happen. Anyone with half a brain would have used the money to buy postal2. I'd rather be killing virtual people then wasting the time I spent dl'ing this waste of space off of my paid p2p service. Oh wait, Bill says that violent games will cause me to be violent and dl'ing songs off the internet is wrong. Well too bad the RIAA allows it to be legal if you pay and well, a dollar a month isn't that bad. Well Bill I hope your wrong because i've been playin 'em scince I was 7. That's lot's of violence.

Summary: Fair and Balanced
Review: As written:
"Bill O'Reilly is just another right wing extremist, encouraging everyone to shut down thier brain and follow the herd."

Sounds like almost any left wing extremist. O'Reilly has an
opinion, and he does swing to the right a bit, but to label
him an extremist is blatantly unfair. If anything he is a
huge self promoter, and he does his fair amount of spinning,
regardless of his self-named philosophy. But it really does
look like a bunch of Maddox's readers come on and slanted the
reviews. HINT: Just becuase some one disagrees with you doesn't
make you an extremist. This is why most of middle America
loathes the left.

Summary: A Pathetic Excuse for Literature
Review: Whatever company allowed this filth to be released needs to have their right to release books stop. Forever. All that Bill O'Reilly does throughout the entire book is spew hate about the whole world and plays the role of insecure bully. I think that someone needs to confront Bill O'Reilly, not the "Powerful and Famous" in America. Bill O'Reilly cannot talk about power abuse, and the negatives of fame, because he is a chronic abuser of both. The man is a liar, and he doesn't even know where he grew up as a child. He made is way to the top of the media through being a moron, and this book puts that idea in concrete. If anyone buys this book as a form of enjoyment and education, they need to get the hell out of my country!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: good, but too short
Review: Whether or not you agree with his politics, you can't deny the fact that O'Reilly is a great interviewer. He doesn't let anyone "off the hook" (democrat or republican). In this, his second non-fiction book, he shares out-takes of some of his most popular and/or controversial interviews to date as well as contributing commentary to the issues at hand. Issues he discusses in this book include the death penalty, drugs, law enforcement, the Clinton "legacy", and other "hot button" issues.

This is a very entertaining book. The only complaint I have is that it is way too short. However, it is still a very worthwile read.

Summary: This book is garbage, just like it's author
Review: The only reason you should purchase this "book" is if you want hundreds of pages of glaring contradictions and IQ-lowering text. Bill O'Reilly's only viewers are the idiot TV addicts of America who like to pretend they have some sense of politics and like the feeling of having no idea what is going on. They choose O'Reilly because it is similar to day time talk shows, which is what they watch the rest of the time. O' Reilly obviously realizes that he isn't anywhere near talented enough to sit down and actually have a discussion or debate, so instead he switches to a loudmouthed, stationary method in which he asks questions faster than the other person can answer and either cuts off his guest or throws a temper tantrum when he is losing. His book just provides more of his self-proclaimed patriotism and never fails to make him look like an idiot. Bill O'Reilly is the Jerry Springer of political talk shows and never should have been published.

Summary: This book gives new meaning to the word crap.
Review: This book completely sucks. I warn anybody of any intelligence not to buy this book, it is complete drivel and a utter waste of time to read. I have found a new use for it as a door-stop.
