Summary: The Third Terrorist
Review: Jayna Davis has written a book that every one should read to get the real facts and not the kind that is usually covered up by the FBI and the CIA. She has dig deep into the root of the Oklahoma bombing and will tell you facts that the FBI would not tell. Its a must read- Author- "The Day Of The Rose.

Summary: Compelling In Spite of the Writing
Review: Jayna Davis makes the crossover from television investigative reporter to writer with difficulty. The book accounts Davis's involvement in investigating the OKC Bombing from when the story was dropped on her by her editor, to present events, though it doesn't do this in order. Thus, the reader is forced to be alert to changes in the order of events, as Davis jumps back and forth. In spite of this lack of linearity, Davis resurrects the APB of a brown truck driven away from the scene by Arab men, and the elusive John Doe #2, long since dismissed by the FBI, and finds them both in the company of shadowy figures with ties to Saddam's elite Republican Guard and the PLO. Long before the CIA warned of attempts by al Qaeda to recruit the 'lilly white' terrorist to aid in their attacks on America, Davis paints the picture of a collaboration that spans the globe, from al Qaeda operatives in the Philippines to domestic anti-government movements to middle east governments, all of which culminated in the OKC bombing, and which had tenuous ties to 9/11.

Summary: MANDATORY READING FOR ALL AMERICANS
Review: Jayna Davis' reportage is truly riveting. Years of painstaking research are flawlessly laid out. No fewer than 22 eyewitnesses place known Iraqi terrorists alongside McVeigh and Nichols. This book is required reading for all Americans, as is Peter Nance's "1000 Years for Revenge". Please read both of these!

Summary: The intrepid reporter Jayna Davis
Review: Jayna Davis, author of the Third Terrorist, is the intrepid reporter, who braved ridicule, threats, and possible retaliation from those exposed by her well-written book. After the OKC bombing, it was obvious that Bill Clinton had what he wanted. Two white nuts that he could hang the bombing on...two supposed "right wing nuts." McVeigh and Nichols worked hand-in-glove with Islamic militants to perpetrate the OKC bombing, and Jayna Davis names names. It is yet another example of the damage done to this country by Bill Clinton...that the FULL TRUTH of this terrible event is only now being revealed.

Summary: Oh Puleezzzeee!!!
Review: Look, this is another badly researched conspiracy books. The links are not diffinitively diffinitive. It comes down to this, there were no links to Islamic terrorists beyond the intangible. It is just another attempt to make us feel safe that we cannot have domestic terrorists in this country. That is the same kind of ostrich reaction that gave us 9/11.

Summary: A Third Terrorist?
Review: Ms. Davis' claim that John Doe #2 is a Mid-East terrorist by the name of Hussain al-Hussaini ignores the evidence that the composite of #2 was based on the description given to the FBI by the employees of Elliott's Body Shop where McVeigh rented the Ryder truck which was converted into a truck bomb using ammonium nitrate and racing fuel, with the addition of numerous explosives stolen from the Marriot Quarry by McVeigh and Nichols.

The description and composite of JD #2 turned out to be a Army soldier who rented a truck to move his household goods to another base when he was reassigned. The soldier had no connection with McVeigh or any terrorist group. When the FBI released the composites of #1 and #2, it was amazing how many people claimed that they had seen these two. #1 turned out to be McVeigh and there is overwhelming corroborative evidence. Many persons claimed to have seen #1 in areas where McVeigh had never been. The Army soldier had never been to Oklahoma City. He rented a truck on the following day after McVeigh rented the Ryder truck. The Elliott employees were simply mistaken as to the date of rental. The rental records are a better indication of when the soldier was in their office than their recollections.
Can Ms Davis prove that Hussain al-Hussaini ever visited the Elliott Body Shop? A video tape showing McVeigh in Junction City, KS reveals that he was alone. Where was al-Hussaini at this time?

The fact is that there is no phone record between McVeigh and any Mid-East person. The calling cards purchased by McVeigh and Nichols through the Spotlight magazine are strong evidence because all of their calls were investigated by the FBI. The phone records tell me more of their activities than the recollections of the witnesses Ms. Davis brings forth. Can Ms. Davis prove that any telephone calls exist that prove a McVeigh-al-Hussaini connection?

It is very common for the authors like Ms. Davis to claim that the FBI or any other law enforcement agency are engaged in a cover up of the truth when the extensive investigation of the police comes to another conclusion. Her book is just another in a long line of publications claiming that she is more competent, reliable, and trustworthy than the police agencies, the employees of which have far more and better training and experience and resources than she has. She relies too heavily on eyewitnesses who at the time would never have given either McVeigh or al-Hussaini a second look. Did her same witnesses give in essence the same story to any law enforcement agency on the date of the bombing or on the following day? Where are the fingerprints, hand writing, documents, fibers, phone records, e-mails, videos or photos of al-Husseini?

A better source of the facts of the OKC bombing case are the trial transcripts of the McVeigh and Nichols trials.

Summary: Direct evidence of Mideast complicity
Review: Reviewer Ron Sullivan obviously did not read The Third Terrorist. Jayna Davis presents a solid case of DIRECT - not circumstantial evidence. In our criminal justice system, many defendants are sentenced to death based on the testimony of one or two witnesses. Such evidence is classified as DIRECT, not circumstantial. Davis presents the steadfast testimonies of twenty-two witnesses who positively identified under oath Iraqi nationals colluding with the Oklahoma City bombers, McVeigh and Nichols. The majority of these people are strangers to one another, yet their testimonies overlap. More importantly, the prior warnings issued by the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism clearly stated that Islamist terrorists were planning to "strike the heart of the U.S." and had recruited two "lily whites" (i.e. McVeigh and Nichols) to deliver the deadly payload. There is not shred of conjecture in the book except Davis' speculation that the Clinton Administration did not want to prosecute Iraqis for murdering innocent Americans because, as history plainly shows, Bill Clinton had no intention of going to war in the Middle East. Secondly, and more importantly, the Bush Administration has also turned a blind eye for the simple reason that it was far to messy to unearth a clear case of obstruction of justice to justify the war in Iraq. After all, no one can deny the fact that Davis' attorney, David Schippers, warned John Ashcroft's top assistant in JUNE 2001 that the Justice Department should look into Davis' massive investigative file, and do its job, or the terrorists were going to "blow up Lower Manhattan next." That dire prediction came true three months later. And lo, what do you know, the man identified in Davis' affidavits as the third terrorist had gone on to work at BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, the point of origin for two of the four hijacked flights. And add to that obvious grief, the undeniable fact that Davis tried to warn Ashcroft of the Iraqi suspect's trepidation about working at that very airport. Guess that slipped through the cracks. OOPS!!! Could this have been the "silver bullet" which Condi Rice claimed did not exist prior to the the 2001 attacks when she testified before the 9-11 Commission? Davis does provide convincing, salient reasons why both administrations want The Third Terrorist to simply vanish. And as for accustions that Davis was fired from her job as a reporter for KFOR-TV, the reviewer from OKC obviously doesn't read either. The record is clear that Davis resigned her position, and the New York Times, which purchased her television station, sued her to come back to work. I hardly call that being terminated.

Summary: It's About Time.......................
Review: Saw a presentation by Jayna Davis a couple years ago in Philly. At the time local radio host Michale Smerconish brought Jayna and a couple intelligence experts she was working with to town to present the facts. The information presented was very believable. Especially when she stated that al-Husseini's last known whereabouts was working at Logan Airport!

What is still mind boggling to me is that Michael arranged a meeting for Jayna Davis and Arlen Specter where he was given ample time to "cross examine" her work and Specter concluded that she had built quite a case - you can't ignore 22 affadavits, although it looks like the FBI found a way to ignore it. Fortunately Jayna did not give up and in the wake of the 9-11 hearings the truth may finally be told......

Do a search on Specter and Smerconsih to find links to the audio......

Summary: Be skeptical of this account
Review: Several aspects of this account make me skeptical. First of all one of the primary sources giving information in this book is James Woolsey, former CIA director who was a big proponent of the war in Iraq. He was among the true believers that Iraq had large stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons as well as an active nuclear weapons program. He was an advocate of an Al-Quieda link to Iraq, which most intelligence experts and administration officials say does not exist. James Woolsey is an expert at using the media to turn public opinion in favor of Neoconservative policies and works citing him as a major figure should be treated with skepticism.

Summary: Tinfoil Hat Stuff Guys... Really
Review: So let me get this straight: The US government has TOP SECRET info that proves that Iraq was behind the OK City bombing, but refuses to divulge it even though they have made asses of themselves in from of the entire world community trying to prove that Iraq was connected to anti-US terrorism?

Do you really expect anyone to believe this hypothesis?

Take my word for it, you are better off not embarassing yourselves in public by endorsing this totally mad hatter view of the world.
