Brigitte Secard's book, Soulfire, is a tool that will help aid your delivery to self-love and self-truth. Only truth and inspiration lie between the pages of this book. Secard effectively demonstrates how a lack of love for the self results in disunity and disharmony in our world as a whole.

This book is not about self-help. It is about recognizing the truth that you and everyone else on this earth is already whole and perfect as they are. Only through realizing this fact will we be able to heal not only ourselves, but the world around us.

I have several books on my shelf that I regard as being life-changing and extremely important, but this one delivers the ultimate truth like no other. I regard Brigitte's message as the truth, because I have begun to walk the path that she speaks of and my entire life has begun to change. I don't think it was a coincidence that soon after I began to walk this path, I was fortunate enough to encounter Brigitte, herself. It is important to know that an author practices what they preach, and her presence and existence alone serves as the ultimate example of a soul eternally on fire with love and joy. I never knew that humans could live in constant love and joy until I met her. But the truth is that we are all meant to live in such a state. With that said, I urge you to buy this book and begin your own journey home to your truth!

Review: As a librarian who purchases psychology, philosophy, religion, and literature books for a major metropolitan public library --I have seen more 'spirituality-self help' books and reviews than anyone should have to. This book is exemplary...I don't think there's a single individual who wouldn't gather insight and collective wisdom from this very smart and decent book. The book's graphic and organizational aesthetics compel the eye nearly as much as the self. Very impressive.

There are so many younger people who are in need of a soul awakening and she is providing the means for a complete transformation and awareness of a new self. This book is perfect and going to provide the means of a new revolution that will inspire people to seek out their true selves and not play into the media hype and nonsense that plagues our society. This book is ideal for people who are moving and evolving in the world, such as recent high school or college graduates who aren't assure or aware of themselves. Ms. Secard has the means to become the empowering voice of a new generation while keeping her message pure and unjaded. This book is truly wonderful and a masterpiece.

Review: My friend gave me 'Soulfire' as a gift. It is so profound and socially right on but at the same time it is so crazy fun!! It's not a self-help book or guru or dogmatic thesis in that someone is saying you have to go fix yourself and that you need me to help "fix" you, Brigitte's message is that you already have what you need in your SOUL! And your soul is burning for you to find your own TRUTH and have some JOY already!!! It is pure and absolute liberation! It wakes you up...to see that it is not all about me, me, me and my issues and needs and life but that it is a glorious connection to the rest of humanity. It inspires hope that our world can be very different than it is and I love the whole womanist instead of feminist concept, it's about time! It is dead-on at every turn. It is almost mind boggling how right on it is--like where did this person come from? And how can she be so wise, yet so cool, funny and so real at the same time? Think water meets sky, and you have Brigitte Secard...Think fire meets Truth, and you have Brigitte Secard...Think Sun meets Joy and you have Brigitte Secard, she is just brimming over with so much Truth and Universal Love and Joy that you just want to jump for joy by reading her book. Her enthusiasm just leaps off of the pages! Literally! As the author would call it, 'Soulfire' is a 'joyful revolution.' Review: This book is courageous, brave and joy-full; and it challenges the reader to be all three. With Ms. Secard as guide and taskmaster, I struggled through to self-compassion and self- authority towards the essence of me - and found my Soul -- afire with Truth and Love.
I am the Director of a Monastery in Santa Barbara and on a daily basis I see fellow travelers on their spiritual paths. A visiting priest inquired about this book -- I am purchasing a copy for our library so I can take my personal copy home. I highly recommend this book.
