Summary: Excellent translation
Review: The reviewer who knocks this translation for extra additions or deletions should begin with the KJV and a Greek dictionary. I do not know one translation which is 100% true to the Greek Bible. However this translation is as true to the spirit of the Greek Bible as any Bible I have seen. The NIV language is modern and very readable. The scholarship is commendable. The study notes are excellent. I highly recommend this Bible to everyone!

Review: The study notes present a very clear biblical moral standard on issues that have been clouded by modern interpretation. I give the Bible to every New Member that joins our church because I feel it passes on everything they need to live a Full Christian life.

Review: This Study Bible has a good balance of practical, devotional, and theological study notes and articles. It helps the reader understand how the truths of the Bible are still relevent and available for us today, especially for those who desire to see the Holy Spirit work in the Church today as He did in the New Testament. A must for every Spirit-filled believer or anyone who wants more of God in his/her life. I use it all the time in my personal life and in pastoral ministry.

Summary: A good conservatory commentary
Review: This study bible is really of great help in studying the Charismatic Pentecostal side of the bible. It has some great articles of practical theological aid. F.x the articles of wine in the bible. They really come as a help in a time were (specially in Europe) Abstainens in Europe from Alcohol is wied on as "Black Christianity". It present a good case for the Christian who finds it wrong to drink wine with alcohol. If your are looking for a "All sold out, radikal study bible, you need not look any further. It is this one you need.
