Summary: Excellent for people wanting to practice channeling
Review: I read this at the same time I was being taught channeling by another channel. It was right on the money with respect to feelings, processes and concerns I had during the time I was learning to channel. I've recommended this book to many people who are just getting started, and would like to do it safely and successfully.

Summary: An Excellent Source For Learning How To Speak With Spirit.
Review: Not only does this book offer wonderful information, but the exercises given are easy to follow and do produce results. Orin and DaBen enlighten with humor, wisdom and sound advice. You'll learn how to meet, speak with and work with your Spirit Guides. But you'll also learn how to speak with other spirits that might cross through your day and learn from them as well. I don't know anyone who has read this book that didn't have it change them in some way.

Review: Opening to channel is a fantastic book for people who are interested in exploring their abilities and minds on a different, new level. For those just getting started and knowing there is "more" out there, this book walks the student step by step and covers everybase. A definite must read!

Summary: Takes the WooWoo Out Channeling. It¿s Your 6th Sense!
Review: Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer bring you an extraordinarily simple and easy to understand book about channeling, by clearly explaining that each person alive has this natural ability, it's just learning how to fine tune it so that you can receive the highest wisdom and guidance for yourself, and then you can ultimately use it to bring through information to help humanity, even if only one person at a time.I personally know their work is authentic, real, and comes from the heart. The instructions and steps provided are easy to follow, and you don't have to go into some altered state, or speak in a strange voice to channel Higher wisdom.
This same wisdom comes to you in your gut instincts. Getting it down on paper is actually quite simple, but some may find it hard to trust in the beginning, as if you are making it all up. You are not. It is important to ask for Divine Protection and to be surrounded by white Light, and also that you ask to be connected to ONLY whatever name you give to your highest source of wisdom and guidance. This was the first and last book I ever bought on channeling when it first came out. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants to soar in their life, because once you get that connection fine-tuned, you are going to see amazing results. You ARE being helped at all times. This wonderful book simply helps you become more conscious of it, and teaches you how to use it in your daily life. A Wonderful contribution to humanity by the wonderful authors that gave us all this book. Deserves 10 Stars.

Summary: Just like the title says
Review: This book clearly lays out the idea that there is intelligence and wisdom, from beyond the physical, which wants to connect with you and share with you. It also guides you in opening to that wisdom and bringing it forth in your life. If I may, let me suggest that as you delve into this subject, don't be concearned with where the information is coming from. Evaluate the information on it's own merit. If it makes sense to you, and works for you... if it has relevance to your life and those close to you... if it has a positive effect on you and others, take it and use it. If not, feel free to dismiss it, even if the source claims to be God His/Her/Itself. Genuine wisdom will meet you where you are, and lead from there. Don't get hung up on titles, or hierarchical ideas of Source. Love knows nothing of levels.

Review: This book is "THE" book to buy. I called upon a young lady who is my friend's daughter. I have known her since she was an infant, and have seen her develop into a very professional psychic woman. I asked her for advice she could give me as to what to read or do next. I have been studying parapsychology in night adult school, and I have ordered more than 30 related books, tapes and Cd's. She had only ONE strong recommendation: Opening to Channel by Sonaya Roman and Duane Packer. I immediately ordered the book. I have only gone as far as Chapter 5. Today I played the 2nd tape of "Your Sixth Sense" and audio book by Belleruth Naparstek which put me into a trance. I asked Orin for help in meeting my "high" spirit". I got amazing results. I went very deep into a trance---it was amazing. In the trance I met the "Doctor" who was amazingly tall. I had been waiting and waiting and the doctor didn't come. It seemed like days went by. Finally, the "Doctor" came in. When he came in I had the wildest experiences. I was whirling up into the air like in the center of a tornado. I "woke up" and was on the doctors livingroom floor. I saw my aura as a bright pink cloud around me. It felt wonderful. I started floating again. I had many "flights" while there. Towards the end the doctor introduced me to a lady. She had no face, just a glowing golden light. Orin described himself as 9 feet tall. Was Orin my "Doctor Guide" and the lady my guide??? Or was the "lady" I saw Orin and Doctor is MY high guide???? The question remains in my mind. Orin stated in this book that he is seen by Sonaya as a 9 Feet tall man and she does not see his face, only a gold bright light as a face. Do you know the answer?????
