Rating: Summary: Super Good Book! Review: The only problem that I could find with this directory is that there's not enough listed! This book will give you specific locations where you can go to view or hang out with ghosts and other things. You may actually learn something about your state, as well. For one, I never knew that a UFO crashed in Nebraska in the 1800's. You can read more about it and where it was right here in this book. A good one to get for your collection!
Rating: Summary: Great book! Review: This alphabetically arranged book is an encyclopedia/travel guide of haunted places and unusual locations in all 50 states & Washington, D.C. As someone who is really into ghosts and hauntings and an amateur ghost hunter, I've found this book to be a great resource. If you're looking for a good read, this is an interesting, fun book. Seeing as I live in one of the more haunted places listed in it, I think I'll check out some of the sites for myself!
Rating: Summary: A must have reference Review: This book doesn't have every haunted site in America, but it's pretty darn close. It is arranged by state, city and then the haunted site. All of this is in alphabetical order which makes it extremely easy to find what you are looking. However, if it is in depth info. you want, you won't find it here. There is an average of one paragraph per haunting. The book also lets you know if the place is a private home/land or accessible to the public.
Rating: Summary: A Great Reference Review: This book is awesome for anyone who likes a good (and true) ghost story. The Haunted places are listed alphabetically by state which makes it really easy to use. Not only does this book tell you the stories behind the places, it tells you how to get to them and whether or not visitors are allowed. Overall, this book is a great addition to any ghost-lover's library.
