Review: Rosalind McKnight is one of Robert A. Monroe's explorers, people who report on their encounters in out-of-the-body experiences. Anyone interested in the pioneer work of Monroe and in his Monroe Institute should find "Cosmic Journeys" fascinating. Monroe himself is a central character,monitoring his explorers with care and concern, asking the right questions at the right times. No wonder he inspired such affection in his followers.But McKnight is interesting in her own right. She describes her experiences enthusiastically, intelligently, with self-effacing humor. The first time she tries Monroe's hemi-sync device for leaving her body, she simiply falls asleep. But when she does leave her body, the joyful adventures start. Here are some sample chapters: "Invisible Helpers," "More Than Physical Matter," "Experience; The Afterlife and the Animal Dimension," "Control: the Foods You Eat," "Out of the Body Energies," "Alien Energy Systems," and --for my money the most astounding chapter--"The Patrick Event." There is no "scientific" proof that her adventures are real, but to this reader they have the ring of truth.

Review: This is the most advanced, experiential and knowledgeable account of actual experiences documented and interpreted by Rosalind Mcknight. As we all know shifting consciousness, altered states of awareness and travel into other realities are not easy to transcribe or explain in a linear form. I love this book for the confirmations it gave me and the sharing of many journeys and highly recommend it for the adventerous spirit and strong of heart. Robert was indeed a pioneer of the many planes of reality

Review: What a wonderful book! Rosalind McKnight has shared her personal experiences in a way that few can. In reading her words, those who seek answers are able to "live" her life travels. Her voyages are clearly discussed, and her connections shared. As a Monroe Institute Gateway graduate, I had already heard the Patrick retrieval tape; however, reading about it brought back the goose bumps. There is no doubt in my mind that Ms. McKnight's travels are genuine. I am thrilled that she has shared them with readers. Once you read this book, you can not help but to question some of the answers you have been given when asking important questions. She expands the possibilities, and for those willing to take the risk, makes the probabilities impossible to ignore. Thank you, Ms. McKnight for sharing. I have read the words more than once, and plan to return again!
