Rating: Summary: Another Sizzler by Lori Foster Review: Lori Foster has a dynamic talent that seems to grow with each word she writes. The stories sizzle, the characters are real, and the inter-family relationships make us evaluate ourselves and strive to be better! The bonds she ties in her books are so believeable, I expect to meet these people one day! Lori Foster is a talented writer, and I can't wait for the next book. Don't miss this wonderful series!
Rating: Summary: Wow! Review: Sawyer Hudson is a doctor who pulled his most recent patient out of a lake. Honey Malone is sick and she's running from something, but she won't tell him...won't let him help. And Sawyer wants to help her, not just because it's his nature, but because there's something about this woman pulling at him. He's not sure just what it is...and he's not sure he wants to figure it out. But when Honey's mystery is solve, there's just that one question left to answer. Could the answer possibly be love?Lori Foster is an author who's stories always sizzle with sexual tension and Sawyer's story is a prime example of what she does so well!

Rating: Summary: Foster sizzles and satisfies with Sawyer! Review: Someone is after Honey Malone. She has no idea who would want her dead, but her pursuer has even tried to force her car off the road. Sawyer Hudson is fascinated by the beautiful woman who almost runs him down with her car. Honey is daunted by the gorgeous physician, but his house full of relatives, including a teenaged son, and three strapping brothers, almost bowl her over. Sawyer's reaction to her is just as strong. Sawyer and his family spare no effort in protecting Honey, but Honey is falling in love with Sawyer. The trouble is Sawyer seems to come not only with a family, but with a lot of baggage. Even though he tells honey he can't love her, she can see in his eyes that he may not know it, but he does love her. Lori Foster sizzles and satisfies with Sawyer, the first book of the Buckhorn Brothers series. A fitting beginning for what promises to be an excellent series. by Rickey Mallory
Rating: Summary: Do NOT judge this book by its cover Review: The man pictured on the cover is not Sawyer Hudson. Trust me. I don't know *who* he is, but it's not Sawyer. And raspberries to the people (not the author) responsible for this cover. That aside, I want to know where these guys were when I was younger. I honestly don't know when I've had a more enjoyable time reading a book. It has caring, compassionate men (who are also as gorgeous as all get out), humor, and steamy love scenes. The one kitchen scene is worth double the price of the book. And the heroine is no shrinking violet, given to standing up to these guys and giving back in full measure what they dole out to her. All played against a backdrop of love, respect and protectiveness. Ms. Foster has again given her readers a gem to savor along with the tantalizing prospect of more Hudson brothers' stories this summer, which could pose a problem if one needs to decide which is more important: Weeding the garden or losing themselves in Buckhorn.
Rating: Summary: What a family! Review: This book was so much fun! I loved reading about the four brothers, loved watching Honey and Sawyer tumble for each other. It was laugh out loud funny and squirm in your seat sensual. Can't wait for the other brothers!
Rating: Summary: What Do I Think? Wow! Review: What do I think? I am reading it now! So far its vintage Foster. Lori Foster never lets her fellow woman down. She creates unique situations that grab your interest by the throat and make it impossible to work or clean or cook dinner. <g> Her strongest characters are her men and I like it that way. This is odd because I am such a feminist about this stuff. In this case, the men are so strong that the interesting qualitities of Honey the heroine don't kick in until later. Thats okay because it is a new twist. It snags your interest anew and pushes it in a different direction. Most important to the reader, there is a strongly constructed and complete story for the characters to play in. Foster is a great world builder and I have no doubt that if she wanted to, she could build worlds in sci-fi as well. Lisa
Rating: Summary: Sime-gen review for Sawyer Review: What's a man to do when a beautiful woman crashes through the fence he's just repaired sailing into his lake? What if she says she's being pursued, but doesn't know why or by whom? Treat her injuries, protect her with his life, love her like there's no tomorrow...then let her go? That's what Dr.Sawyer Hudson planned to do with Ms. Honey Malone. His son, three brothers, and his own traitorous heart have other ideas. Sawyer is the first story in Ms. Foster's Buckhorn Brothers series. I enjoyed this story very much and am looking forward to the other three brothers' stories. Fortunately we don't have long to wait. I'd been rather skeptical about four grown men living together under one roof. But in this case it seems to work. Look for Morgan the sheriff (HT #790) in July, Gabe the heartthrob jack-of-all-trades (HT#794) in August and Jordan the vet (HT#798) in Nov.
