Summary: The absolute best if the "Outlaw" trilogy. I loved it!
Review: The story line is well defined by the other reviews. The 3 brother in this saga are each so very different and likeable in their own right but the delightful and unusual aspect that comes thru loud and clear with each of them is there love and loyalty to each other and the integrity with which they serve their beliefs. The heroines are also very unique in personality but somehow they each find the right Gentry brother. I rated (the books) Rafe 3, Jess 4 and Sam a 5-6 easily.The last chapter when they each reunite is so beautifully written you can feel the emotion. It "tied" up the stories perfectly. I'm not a big "western" fan but I really enjoyed this set.

Review: Well this is the final book on The Outlaws: Sam is a person that you can feel it, when you are reading this story, about Sam Gentry and Lacey and their offspring Andy, you feel like you are Lacey and that you are living this story, your self it is so well writting that I couldn't put it down, I read it in one afternoon,Sam and Lacey were lost to each other, because of a betrayel her fathers and she got blame for it, Sam has lost all hiss trust in lacey, but he keeps on lusting after her only it is not lust he still loves her, but dosen't want to admited to himself,I enjoy The Outlaws, Rafe and THe Outlaws, Jess,they were great but I think Sam tops them Both.Connie Mason keep on writting books about families they are great you are great.I love Connie Mason writting.
