Rating: Summary: Merlin's Legacy: Daughter of Fire Review: I bought Daughter of Fire and read it in 1 day. What a great book. Quinn Taylor Evans uses her descriptive powers to the max to make you feel as if you are there. The clothes, the weapons, even the animals are described perfectly. The battle scenes come to life, and you feel as if you know each character intimately. Great writing, great story, great series. I ordered the other 5 the next day and read them just as quickly. I hope there's more to come because I am hooked on the series!

Rating: Summary: The best mystic book I've read since I was a child. Review: I found the contents of this novel very intriging. The author makes you feel as though you are actually in the times of William the Concourer. I have read this novel over and over and each time I find more details to enjoy. From her characterizations to her vivid imaging I would recimend this novel and any other by Quinn Taylor Evans to any one who asked. I have also met the author and find her as vivid as her characters.
Rating: Summary: I Loved This Book Review: I loved this book! Full of history, romance, and the mystical legend of Merlin made for a page turning romance. The story between Vivian the daughter of Fire and Rorke FitzWarren knight to William Duke of Normandy is touching and has managed to become one of my favorite stories! Vivian is the daughter of Merlin and she finds herself in the middle between the Norman's and the defeated Saxon's. Rorke is sent to find the healer with amazing powers and brings Vivian back to the battlefield to take care of William. Rorke finds more then just a healer of the physical self but a healer of the heart and soul. This story takes place right after the battle of Hastings and is full of historical detail but not so much that you feel that it is a history lesson. The story is touching and I found myself laughing and crying which in my opinion is always a sign of a GREAT book! I look forward to the rest of this series to make it to my mail box!

Rating: Summary: Romantic Times Review Review: MERLIN'S LEGACY: DAUGHTER OF FIRE, the first in a trilogy about Merlin's three daughters, each of whom possesses unique magical ability and a mission to use her powers against evil, presents Vivienne of Amesbury, a healer gifted with wondrous skills and the "sight." Haunted by dreams of a great battle and one man who will change her life, Vivienne realizes that her dreams are prophetic when Rorke Fitzwarren, loyal to William the Conqueror, arrives at Vivienne's peaceful abbey. Needing a healer for his overlord, Rorke captures Vivienne to nurse William. Although she heals William and is revered by his peers, Rorke cannot trust the unusual Saxon maid. On a quest for a legendary sword, Rorke will travel through England and into the Mists. Only with Vivienne's help can he battle the forces of darkness. Although a curse prevents her from ever knowing love, Rorke is willing to risk all in order to win Vivienne. With magic and wonderment, Quinn Taylor Evans binds you heart and soul to MERLIN'S LEGACY: DAUGHTER OF FIRE. A not-to-be-missed read. SENSUAL
Rating: Summary: FANTASTIC! Review: The magic involved in the story was fascinating, but I was very surprised by the non-stop action! Fabulous battles and fight scenes, with an incredibly climactic ending! I read this book in 2 days. I loved the characters, it moved quickly and was filled with action and suspense. It was absolutely fantastic! How refreshing it was to read a romance novel that had an orignal story line. I read this book in 2 days and have already ordered the rest of the series!
