Review: The name of this book is The Daughter of Fire after all! At times, the scenes were so hot I thought the book would go up in flames! I discovered this series while perusing Amazon's stock and was intrigued. However, I never expected to be addicted from the first chapter of this book!

I enjoyed watching the love grow between Vivian and Rorke (I especially liked that it grew fast!). He respected her from the start, and that was a refreshing change from the way romances can go, where the man sees the woman as an object, then realizes she has a mind. I also liked Vivian so much because she had an open mind and wasn't too stubborn. Sometimes women in these books can be so bullheaded I want to shake them and tell them to open their eyes. Well, Vivian's eyes were wide open. She knew what was going on around her and was smart enough to deal with it.

I, of course, immediately ran out and found the rest of the series. It's one of those series that you never want to end.
