Summary: a modern love story
Review: In these days of the internet world it is amazing what information we are able to obtain. Also amazing is the relationships it allows us to gather. These three books are a delightful read - letting us eavesdrop on a budding romance in cyberspace. Read all three today.

Summary: Romance and then what?
Review: Maximilian and Beverly have been writing to each other and have been falling in love-- and the reader is privy to the moment. I loved this series, and was rooting for Max (I love Max!) and Bev. McCarthy's ending upset me terribly, so much that i wrote her an e-mail about it. Still I am a sucker for romances and this modern romance is witty, at times erotic, and always charming. I choose to believe that Max survives. Did i mention i love the character? Max is the kind of man many women long for. LOVED THE SERIES AND RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. I f you like Manuel Puig's style, or romances, or if you correspond with people using this wonderful medium, then you will enjoy these books. I certainly did.

Summary: Marketing!
Review: McCarthy really knows how to sell her books. The books weren't good at all, but when you finish reading the first one, you need to read the second one and the third one; but not because of the book's contents, it's because you need to know what happened to those two. Books were actually boring!

Summary: How can there not be a fourth??
Review: These books were funny, witty, informative, romantic, erotic, and I could identify with them very closely (my online nickname is Bevvie). I can't believe that there won't be a fourth. The ending of Crash was intensely disappointing. It's all very well leaving books with a cliffhanger but I'm a definite sucker for a happy ending. Come on Nan, give us number 4 :)

Summary: Horrible ending
Review: This book almost ruined a good trilogy. It wasnt even the book, it was the ending. There is nothing wrong having a tragic ending, although i think too many romantically inclined books feel the need to end on a downer. It seemed like it was thrown in there as an after thought, 'and he flies to chicago where his true love is waiting..oh, and then the plane crashes, The End. Thats not a twist in the plot or a jarring ending, its bad writing.

Summary: Crashed plane!
Review: This was a great book, like many people out there, I am dissapointed with the tragic ending to the cyberseries. I got hooked when I read the first novel "chat" and then had to read the other two. At 16 years old, there's only been very few books I've enjoyed reading. Please Nan McCarthy, surprise all of us with a 4th novel and bring Max back to life. :)

Summary: Unfortunate...
Review: Why?? It is unfortunate that the serie has to finish with such a flop. I was hooked on Chat, seduced by Connect but so disappointed with Crash. Their dialogue has lost its substance. What started like a fabulous and original romance ends like a poor Cartland. Boring...
