Review: This book was so engaging that I could not put it down. The authors did an excellent job of writing each of the characters--it was almost as if I knew each of them personally. They did an equally good job of taking you back to a different period in time. Overall, a great read that combines love, romance, and suspense making it a wonderful afternoon escape!

Review: This was a my first novel from this author and I was not dissapointed. This book was funny and heartwarming. The characters are well developed and the plot flows well, there are no curve balls thrown that are common in the romance genre. Although, that is not to say there is not enough drama. I can honestly say that I am looking forward to the next novel from this author.

Review: With this book, you certainly cannot judge a book by its cover! Lora Kenton has written a delightfully funny & romantic book. The story flows without one dull spot forcing you to keep reading. Warning: Don't start this book in the evening, you will not get any sleep! Her characters are extremely interesting with depth and mystery. This is such a witty book that you actually sit back and laugh out loud, but you also feel the character's pain & struggle. You begin to become sympathic and teary-eyed, only to then find yourself "cracking up!" This is a book I could certainly see being made into a romantic comedy. Cannot wait to Lora Kenton's next book "Moonlit Masquerade."
