Summary: Everyone was riding on Zachary¿s wings...
Review: A book full of compassion, love, and pain. It's definitely a page turner and will keep you in tune. Although everyone seemed to need Zachary in many ways they just were not concerned about his needs. It's a lesson about leaning on self and loving self. Through loving self and leaning on self you will find the true meaning of flying on the wings of love.

Summary: I Loved This Book!!!
Review: All I can say to Rosemarie Robotham is what took you so long to write this book!!! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it. I hope that I find a man like Zach who will love me the way that he loved Korie. The subject matter was deep and very thought provoking.

I can't wait to see what Ms. Robotham comes up with next.

Summary: Entertaining but unfulfilling
Review: As I read the book, I found it enjoyable and entertaining. But when it came time to discuss it for our book club, we all quickly realized that there was nothing to discuss. We found the book to be very "trite." Furthermore, the author was bland with her descriptions of the characters and places. I have no idea what the characters look like. Finally, the story contains implausible situations which makes it unbelievable. If you have nothing else better to do, it's a good time killer.

Summary: This book is fabulous!!!
Review: At first I thought this book was going to be predictable but it is anything but predictable. I couldn't put it down. The language is beautiful and the plot takes turns I never expected. It's refreshing to read a book that shows other sides of African-Americans and the lives we lead.

Summary: Here is a fluid and captivating love story.
Review: Congratulations to Rosemarie Robotham on her novel "Zachary's Wings". Ms. Robotham is a wonderful story teller, capable of building complex characters whom you will root for throughout the story. Zach man is the guy we've all been waiting for. Korie is allowed to be both vulnerable and ultimately very strong, and her relationship with Simona will resonate for many woman who have come of age in the last two decades. This is a great holiday read. Set aside an afternoon -- you will want to know what happens to these people -- and be prepared to carry them with you long after the story is finished.

Summary: Disappointed... not a 5 maybe a 3
Review: Having read all of the glorifying reviews, I was encouraged to buy this book and read all of the wonderful aspects of it that made soo many people love it. However, I was disappointed. The book is decent. It is a easy read, but I felt that the book was poorly put together. It did not flow well at all! There were a lot of good stories within the book. They were interesting enough for you to finish the book;however, I will not recommend this book to anyone. I think that this was a good attempt for a first time author, yet this book does not in my opinion deserve a 5 star rating.

Summary: Warming to the Soul
Review: I absolutely loved this book. I am not a "random fiction reader" but I was quite pleased with this book. The tale of an African American male being the core of his family is wonderful and refreshing. It pays tribute to the millions of Zachary's of this world who are often cast in such a negative light because of stereotype and the various isms that plague our society. This book was well crafted as it told the stories from multiple view points which is essential (I think) to any story.
I am anxious to read other tales from this author as this novel clearly indicates that her mind is a treasure chest.
