Summary: Arguably the best book of the year
Review: Ten minutes past too late is the best book that I've read all year. The way Ms. Malone was to make Lisa Munroe and all of the other characters in this book jumps off of the pages and into your mind is amazing. The author was able to make me not put this book down from beginning to the end and left me wanting to know more about the Munroe family. Thank you for the wonderful read Ms. Malone I look forward to your next book.

Summary: Must Read!!
Review: This book was amazing for her first novel. I was very impressed with her work. The characters were so real. There are a lot of Lisa's out there. Darnel is a good man, men like him are hard to find. Mike, I'm sorry things had to happen that way, but see what happens when you meddle in things that aren't your business. Andre was keeping it real.

I loved this book and would recommend it to avid book readers. I had to order it from my bookstore, but it was definitely well worth the wait.

I wish Anika Malone the best of luck and I can't wait for the next book, by her.

Summary: Excellent Read!!!!!
Review: This is the first time I have read something from this author, not sure if she is new or not and I was very impressed. I was very curious to get to the end to find out what happen. The books keeps you guessing in the end and has a few surprises. the main character Lisa makes you wonder how a woman can have a good man and don't appreciate it. Circumstances of her own making make her realize what she has. A lesson for us all. I highly reommend this one.

Summary: Thumbs down!!
Review: This novel was simply "words on paper". Not only did this novel lack direction, it also lacked character development. The flow of the author's words couldn't quite capture the reader. In reading this novel , I found myself not quite connecting with the characters. The words on the pages held no substance. As I struggled to chapter 4 I realized that reading this novel only led me to a place of great frustration for it was poorly written. Though I deeply dislike dispelling that of bad reviews, I strongly believe that it helps in honing in ones skill and definitely play a role in helping others to perfect their craft.

Summary: I Know a girl just like her...
Review: This story is to familiar for me. I know a girl that was going through this exact same situation. Didn't know what she wanted to do with her relationship just knew that she couldn't stop messing up for some reason. It was a lovely story and I recommend it to ladies that have a good man at home. I really enjoyed the ending.

Summary: Couldn't Put It Down
Review: This was an excellent book. I can honestly say that the 3 hours it took me to read this debut novel was well worth it. I was just in awe of how real it seemed I have friends who go through this situation and its funny how different people handle them. Lisa just seemed so in control of everything, and to let it all possibly slip away. It was just amazing. Darnel was the man of my dreams, (why can't I meet a Darnel in my city!) I didn't like Mike. Even though he was a professional black man, charming, and sexy, I feel he went about everything the wrong way (all who read it know what I'm talking about:( My fellow book readers, go out and get this non stop roller coaster of a ride debut novel from a author who knows her thing. I am patiently waiting on the arrival of the next book, I just can't wait!!!!!!
