Summary: The book was fresh
Review: I recently read the book and I got addicted to it and couldn't put it down even in class. I'm a sophomore in high school who doesn't read books at all til I read this book. I never picked up a book on my own because I just wasn't the type to read. In my literature class we had to do a book report on a book in our school library and I saw Sabriel on the shelf and picked it for the pretty nice illustration on the cover. I loved the book for all the twists and turns and hope to see a sequel or two.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Awesome Book!
Review: This is one book that deserves a sequel. And another! Sabriel and Touchstone, and especially Mogget, are enjoyable characters. I've read the book 3 times, and each time I've read something new!

Summary: Sabriel is a must-read!
Review: Garth Nix's Sabriel is a fascinating book of dark magic and waking dead. The heroine is headstrong yet dependent on her father, the Abhorsen. Sabriel bravely takes over her father's job of stilling the dead when he mysteriously disappears. Along with a reticent man named Touchstone, and a humorous talking cat-shaped demon, Sabriel makes for a wonderful book with lots of creative plot twists and unique types of sorcery. Garth Nix must write a sequel!

Summary: I loved this book and highly recommend it.
Review: Sabriel by Garth Nix is one of those books that charms and excites the imagination. Why it is in the youth section is beyond me, because I am 36 and would love to read more of Sabriel's adventures. I recommend it to my friends as an imaginative, compelling story with a lovely touch of romance.

Garth Nix has a delicate hand and I hope to read more of his books.

Summary: Sabriel: The BEST book that I have ever read!
Review: This book is MUST for all people who have even the slightest interest in fantasy stories. I just read it last night and all day I have been in a Sabriel-frosted mist! IF you are considering reading this book, please do; you will be glad you did! I know this isn't a very long review, but if I could I would give the book 10 stars! The ending is the best part, by far ~ you'll never guess it!

Summary: THIS BOOK IS A MUST FOR ALL FANTASY READERS!!!
Review: At first, when I saw this book, I thought this book was boring because of its cover. Later, I found this book so interesting theat I couldn't and didn't put it down until I was through with it. I recommend this to everybody who appreciates fantasy.

Summary: Great book, non-stop action, great for the fantasy freak
Review: This book was very well written. It had non-stop thrills and it was the kind of book where you felt like you were actually part of the adventure. It give a greatly detailed anecdote of a courageous girl's life. I give it 5 stars because of this.

Summary: Sabriel, truely a great book
Review: Being a fan of anime (Japanese animation) I've come across fantastic worlds of horror, magic, and science fiction. But nothing quite like Garth Nix's world in which magic and science colide. This book is one of the best that I've ever read, if not the best. Not only because of the blending of science and magic, but also because it introduced me to Necromancy, a magic in which one rasies the dead and uses his or her will to control them. This first time reading this book, I couldn't put it down. This second time... I didn't really want to, but if some unfinished house work forced me to place a bookmark inbetween the pages and set the book down for awhile. But the book always brings you back for more, and I think that is the greatest aspect that any book can have.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: great book!
Review: This was a wonderful book with an engrossing plot and interesting characters. He should write a sequel telling what happens afterwards.
