Summary: Silly and funny
Review: If you like Adam Sandler, you will like this movie.
If you don't like Adam Sandler, then you will not like this movie.

I like Sandler.
This movie was funny, and if analyzed correctly, quite meaningful.

Summary: Seen it. Loved it. BUY IT.
Review: If you luv Adam Sandler you will love him as a dumb boy who disobeys his mom and goes to college and plays football. This is a hillarious film.

Summary: Adam Sandler is Hilarious!!!
Review: I think that this is one of the funniest movies of all time. It is the best adam sandler movie right now (though a lot of his other ones are really good) and will probably stay that way. Any sandler fan will love it and even if you aren't one you could very well enjoy this film. I put it in my list of top 5 favorite movies. I don't want to tell you what it's about and ruin it for but let me tell you it was a great movie.

Summary: A shotty take off of Happy Gilmore
Review: Following the radical success of Happy Gilmore, The Waterboy sought to capitalize and once again portray Sandler as a violent sports player. In this case, he plays Bobby the waterboy. First problem, Sandler has a horrible accent to his voice through the entire film which really detracts. Second, some of the movie falls really flat. Other than that, Henry Winkler and Kathy Bates play supporting cast members who really bolsters this film up. All in all it's pretty good and overall funny. The pros outweigh the cons. A few of the scenes are just drop down dead hilarious and you'll remember them for years. Some of the filler in the movie is rather substandard, and that's where it loses a star. Still, Sandler fans and non Sandler fans can easily enjoy this title for its zany antics and funny acting. I really enjoy Winkler in this movie. His portrayal of a disgruntled coach is next to flawless. This is a movie that can be enjoyed be most everyone, so buy it today.

Summary: Adam, you can do better than this
Review: Alright, let's get something out of the way right off the bat: I've probably seen this movie about 20 times, no joke. That said, this is way below what Sandler is capable of, and it's probably because his new character isn't the usual [...] Sandler role.

This whole movie is dragged down by a whole star simply because of Adam's annoying new character, who has a seriously obnoxious voice and personality. Granted, he IS portraying someone from Louisiana.

See it for sure, but don't buy it. It's not Sandler's funniest, but it's worth seeing for some of the memorable moments and a few laughs. "You can DO it!" Also, the Fonz is in it! Fonzie!

The script is pretty bad and relies on a lot of childish, cheesy jokes. Oh well. I've still seen it 20 times, what does that say for me?

Summary: Torn
Review: This movie is very funny in some aspects, however it's very hard to laugh or enjoy in comparison to Happy Gilmore or Billy Madison. I really loved Adam Sandler, however any movie made after Billy or Happy just seemed to lag off really badly, (i.e. Little Nicky, Big Daddy and various others)

I wasn't too thrilled with this one, except Kathy Bates, Blake Clark and Henry Winkler pretty much saved it from drowning (bad pun I know) in its own title.

I'm kind of disappointed with this movie, but I wouldn't say not to watch it or buy it because if you love stupid comedy like I do, then you'll like this. I'm more apt to rent it rather than own it (if I didn't own it already)

Summary: The Watergeek: for the easily amused
Review: Oh!, here's a shocker!, another stupidly unfunny movie made by adam Sandler!, and he's using that dorky baby voice again. The funniest thing about adam sandler is that the baby voice is actually his "real voice" which you hear during his off camera interviews which are few and far between because his grammer and sentence structure in real life also sounds like a fourth grader at best. I cant believe anyone could be entertained by this guy. His movies and most of his SNL material are for the extremely simple minded (i'm talking five year olds here).

Summary: Not the best.
Review: I went to see this movie expecting something like Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore, unfortunately that wasnt what i saw. This movie is still pretty good and has an original story line, im not sure if i recomend it to everyone, maybe just the people who LOOOOVE Adam Sandler.

Summary: Not Adam Sandler's Best
Review: While funny at times, this movie is only OK at best. Some of the characters are absolutley ridiculous such as Bobby's girlfriend Vicki Valencourt, a car stealing bandit who loves Bobby for what he is and Farmer Fran, the redneck assistant football coach. This movie depicts bumbling, intelligence challenged Bobby Boucher (Adam Sandler) and his life as waterboy for Louisiana University. But his life is dramatically changed when he is fired by the mean spirited coach for getting in the way. Bobby's understatedly overprotected mom is thrilled and thinks this is the best thing since sliced bread, but Bobby is devestated. He sets out to find a new waterboying job, and is accepted at small bayou school S.C.L.S.U. One day Bobby is made fun of and literally snaps, he runs at the assailant and decks him, this earns him a spot on the team, but he can't tell his mom because she will not allow him to play. As one can easily see, this movie has absolutley no plot or story line and is definitley not Adam Sandler at his best, that is Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore.

Summary: SANDLER STINKS!
Review: Oh my God! I can't believe this film was even released. First of all, I was never a big fan of Adam Sandler (except on SNL), but WOW, was this one bad! His lame accent, his stupid outfit, and his attempt to make a good movie. Well, I don't think that'll ever happen if he continues with THESE KIND OF FILMS! The only thing worth seeing this movie for is Kathy Bates' cameo as Sandler's mother. All in all, "The Waterboy" is horrible movie, starring a horrible actor. Two thumbs way, way, WAY, WAY DOWN!
