Summary: NOT YOUR USUAL VAMPIRE MOVIE; ITS BETTER
Review: This movie deals with the oldest type of film horror, vampires, and gives it a fresh, new look. The casting was great along with the cool two part story line. I think this movie could be called a modern day horror classic along with Scream.

Summary: Paranoid Tarantino at his best ...
Review: If you enjoyed "Pulp fiction" you don't want to miss this title. The mysterious sense of reality that characterizes all of Tarantino's pictures gears this quite simple story up to the level of the bests. Incredibly surprising action, wide plans and the indispensable dose of black humor mixed with brutality and unexpected acts of violence whirl the watcher into the narrow stream of insanity and tangled plot. Accompanied by the great music and stunning acting, this movie should become a classic for everyone.

Summary: One of the greatest horror movies of all time
Review: I loved this movie. Being a big horror movie fan, I have seen plenty of horror movies, and this one tops off the list. The first half of the movie has George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino as a pair of robbers. They take a family (and their motor home) hostage. They are headed for a rendez-vous in Mexico. Then the second half takes place at the rendez-vous spot which turns out to be a bar inhabbited by vampires! This film is very violent and has plenty of cursing. Most of all, this film is a gore fest (meaning this movie is not for the squeamish.) Part action, part horror, this turns out to be a great movie for all the horror movie lovers out there. Enjoy.

Summary: A GREAT movie!
Review: This is a great movie! Tarantino has really succeed again. Quentin and Clooney plays 2 kriminals escaping trough the US from the police. The takes a family hostage (Keitel, Lewis) to help them over the borfer to Mexico. In Mexico they stays at a bar over the night. But it's going to be one hell of a night, when they get attacked by vampires.

Another GREAT movie from the master.

Summary: READY FOR A GOOD TIME.?
Review: You put two (kids) in charge of a horror movie, what do you get.?? A damn good time.! From Dusk Till Dawn is so over the top its funny. Talk about your ultra-violence. After seeing a couple heads rolling across the floor, how can you not like it ? Good against Bad who team-up to fight the VERYBAD. Not only did I buy the movie, I had to go out and buy the poster. In fact while writing this review I think tonight I'll watch From Dusk Till Dawn again. ( and like it again )

Summary: Weak film from a strong film-maker.
Review: Up until "From Dusk Till Dawn" Tarantino could do no wrong. "Pulp Fiction" and "Get Shorty" definitely made this a must see, just to get the latest 'great' Tarantino idea. And it starts out just as strong as Quentin's better works; an intense altercation between our stars and the naive owners of a gas station out in the middle of nowhere. However strong the first 15 minutes was, such a small portion of a movie does not make it good. Our "heroes," Tarantino and George Clooney, abduct a small God-fearing jilted family (featuring Juliette Lewis) and force them to drive them down to Mexico to an extremely sleazy strip joint. Now the badness begins. Tarantino is killed by a wicked "vampire" stripper (played by the ever-annoying Salma Hayek) and the other characters spend the rest of the movie purging evil demons. What started out as intriguing Tarantino fare worthy of "Pulp Fiction" praise turned out to be a cheap gore-fest that anyone with half a brain could flush out. Shameful. Get "Jackie Brown" or "Get Shorty" instead.

Summary: This movie so much kicks ass!
Review: This is the best movie to date from rodriguez, and a new style for tarantino. These guys should team up more often and maybe do some more vampire flicks or even a goth films, theres not enough films about goth, anyone else out there agree....i knew you did.

Summary: Only watch the first half, then fast forward the rest
Review: I wish I had read the review of the movie before I watched it because that 'alien vampire' stuff was an absolute joke. I thoroughly enjoyed the first part of the movie and was anticipating a good ending but the director lost interest and obviously got a huge injection of funds because they blew it, what a 'shocker'.

My Quenten Tarantino collection is ruined forever.

Summary: It's the best Horror movie of all time.
Review: I saw it when it first came on video, my brother rented it and said I would like it. Well, he was right, it was one of the best films I had ever seen. With a mix of Tarantino's dialogue and Rodriguez's talent for action, you've got, in my opinion, one of the greatest Horror films of all time(with the exception of Scream). GC and QT should get together again for another great film.
